(4) Control the materials and data of finished product delivery and customer return. Strictly follow the delivery list, control the quantity, no more, no less. The returned materials should be saved in the return form immediately, and the materials to be scrapped should be saved in the scrap form immediately. If the materials to be printed are sent to customers in the form of samples, they should be specially registered and the data should be adjusted at the end of the month.
