Applicants must provide the Agreement on Free Education for Normal Students, the Agreement on Employment for Graduates (retained by the original applicant), three recent bareheaded photos of the same color 1 inch, ID card and household registration book signed by myself and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education. Non-Jinan students also need to provide proof that the education administrative department where their students are located agrees to apply for the exam. The recruitment school will examine the qualifications of candidates according to the Implementation Measures for the Employment of Free Normal Graduates in Shandong Province (the examination runs through the whole recruitment process), and the recruitment school will issue examination notices to the candidates who have passed the qualification examination on the spot.
The results of the qualification examination were announced on the spot, and each candidate was limited to one recruitment position. Those who exceed the report will be disqualified from all posts, and the materials provided must be true. If there is any falsehood, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

The exam is divided into two parts: interview and lecture, and the score is calculated according to the percentage system. The examination time shall not exceed 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for interview and 0/5 minutes for lecture/kloc. The interview examines the candidate's demeanor, professional knowledge, practical experience, language expression ability, analytical ability, adaptability and adaptability. The lecture mainly examines the ability of comprehensively applying pedagogy, psychology knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize curriculum implementation, master curriculum content, use teaching language and teaching resources, and the skills of using Mandarin, writing on the blackboard and explaining.
After the exam, the total score of the exam is calculated according to the proportion of interview score accounting for 40% and lecture score accounting for 60%, and the score is accurate to 2 decimal places. The total score of the examination is 100, and those who reach 60 or above can be classified as medical examiners. If the test results are the same, the test will be reorganized for people with the same results.
