Who knows what Amway system is?
I have been learning about Amway in recent months. At first, I was concerned about his internal management system and products. Just after a friend introduced me, I walked into their meeting place.

After going in, it was very uncomfortable. Those people are so enthusiastic that I don't know where the motivation comes from.

Slowly, I think our unit also needs this kind of enthusiasm, which can ignite the desire to work. So I learned from it and brought the idea of Amway to our unit, which really played a great role.

In the later stage, I found that Amway is divided into many sales systems, and the training system of each system is different. Some people help others, and some people develop into pyramid schemes, so Amway has different views in everyone's eyes. In fact, from an objective point of view, Amway's products are really good products, but some people do not accept this sales model because some training systems deviate from Amway's original intention. Blindly pulling people's heads, blindly forcing people to sell goods, causing people's resentment.

The most successful system of Amway is Yuhuan system, which accounted for more than half of the national sales in 2006, because Yuhuan didn't ask for pulling people's heads or hoarding goods. He asked the people who joined to experience the product personally and describe others with their own feelings of using the product. If the product is good, people will naturally accept it, because people buy things with their eyes, not with their ears or mouths.

This is my understanding. I don't know if it's right.
