What are the contents and means of preschool children's physical education?
Preschool children's sports activities belong to the period of human dependence. Due to the characteristics of preschool children's physical and mental development, the content, form, grouping and time of their sports games require unique arrangements different from those of teenagers.

(l) From the content of preschool children's sports game activities, it should be mainly hypothetical activities, usually meaningful simulation activities in real life. This is ridiculous for adults, but it is very suitable for children's psychological characteristics. Activities should highlight the elements of "games" and emphasize the situation. Such as "a flock of ducklings crossing the river", let the children form a team and learn to swim across the river with both hands. In terms of motor skills, children are required to gradually master walking, running, throwing, queuing, pressing password, listening to music rhythm and doing some simulated movements and simple dance movements. For older children (5-6 years old), we should pay attention to their transition to independent, collective and long-term activities.

(2) From the form of preschool children's sports games, we should focus on group activities. All the children in the whole group (class) participate in the same activity and are assigned different roles, because preschool children are most interested in the interesting role assignment in the game. For example, in the game of "driving a train", some people are conductors (raising the flag), some people are drivers (leading the way), and some people are passengers, marching along the drawn curve.
