(3) Incorporate safety production into the list of responsibilities of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and its members, and urge the implementation of the "one post and two responsibilities" system for safety production;

(five) to promote production safety into the overall economic and social development, into the evaluation system of national economic and social development, as an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of economic development, comprehensive management of social security and spiritual civilization construction, and an important part of the performance evaluation of leading cadres;

(VI) Vigorously carry forward the idea of life first and safety first, strengthen publicity and education on production safety and public opinion guidance, and incorporate the principles, policies, laws and regulations on production safety into the learning content and cadre training content of the theoretical study center group of the Party Committee.
