Second, I don't understand the material waste caused by equipment performance;
Third, we don't pay attention to the resource recovery rate: every coal enterprise's resources are limited, and when the enterprise obtains the mining qualification, it has paid the price according to the basic reserves. In the long run, the total amount of coal mined during the service period of the mine determines the long-term cost of the mine. In this sense, the lower the recovery rate of the mine, the higher the cost;
Fourth, do not pay attention to the quality of coal: the ultimate goal of enterprise production and operation is to maximize benefits, but in the management of enterprises, because some enterprises will divide production and sales into two systems to assess, for the system that is simply engaged in production, it may unilaterally pursue "output" without paying attention to "quality", and feel that "benefit" is good from a local perspective, but from the perspective of "enterprise", it may not necessarily produce the greatest benefit; The difference between the maximum income and the actual income may be the wasted "income";
Fifth, we don't pay attention to the cultivation of employees' cost management consciousness: due to the particularity of coal mining industry, leaders and departments at all levels pay more attention to "safety", which will further relax cost management, indirectly make employees' cost consciousness dilute, fail to establish or fail to strengthen, and then form "unconscious" and "natural" waste phenomena;
6. Waste caused by not paying attention to details: For example, if a large number of tie wires are needed in excavation, employees will cut the tie wires with a whole plate of wire at one time. However, due to the lack of emphasis on cost, each group of binding wires has a surplus of more than one foot in actual use. According to comprehensive calculation, each supporting 1 m roadway will waste 3m conductor.
7. Waste caused by the imperfect cost management system: the imperfection of the cost management system itself is the biggest loophole in the management system, and this objective loophole will make the cost management organization missing or the work is not standardized, the cost management system is imperfect, the cost management concept cannot be formed, and the cost management cannot reach all departments and posts;
8. Do not pay attention to the waste caused by assessment: For the sake of safety, many enterprises do not pay much attention to cost assessment, because they are worried that the coal industry has gained good benefits in recent years because it pays too much attention to things other than safety. For a long time, leaders and departments in charge of daily management have also downplayed the problems exposed in cost management, thus giving employees the impression that as long as they are safe, there is nothing to waste. In this way, unplanned purchase of materials leads to backlog, unplanned collection of materials leads to loss, and random collection of materials leads to low reuse rate. In fact, there is no conflict between safety and cost management.
9. Waste caused by unplanned work: cement caking is often found underground, which is mainly caused by unplanned storage of materials by teams in civil works such as closed tunnels. The founder just shipped them once and filled them with cars as much as possible. When the surplus is caused, I don't know how to transport the remaining materials to other places for use;
Waste caused by uncoordinated ten departments: In the process of recovery, the fully mechanized mining team will form some reusable anchor plates, which are useless to the fully mechanized mining team, and will generally be thrown into the goaf, and the driving team will transport them from the ground to the working face one by one. If the two teams can cooperate with each other, the wood mining team recovered by the fully mechanized mining team can be reused well. Of course, because of the completion of these tasks, the labor input will be increased simply for the team, but from the perspective of the whole mine, it is a good cost control measure.
(1 1) Waste caused by nonstandard equipment management: equipment maintenance is not in place, resulting in shortened equipment service time; Equipment damage caused by employees' illegal operation.
