What are the seven skills of qc?
The "seven techniques" of QC mainly refer to layering method, questionnaire method, arrangement method, causality diagram, histogram, control diagram and correlation diagram.

1, hierarchical method (classification and grouping method): There are many reasons for quality problems, which come from different conditions (4M 1E). In order to truly reflect the essential reasons and changing rules of quality problems, a large number of comprehensive statistical data must be classified according to different data sources (which need to be traced back), and then quality analysis is carried out.

2. Questionnaire: a tabular form used to collect and record data, which is convenient for unified data collection and statistical calculation and analysis.

3. Pareto diagram: Arrange the items with the highest frequency to the items with the lowest frequency-simple graphic technology.

4. Histogram: Histogram is also called mass distribution chart, rectangular chart, column chart and frequency chart. It is a quality data distribution chart for process quality control and one of the important methods of quality control in the process of total quality management.

5. Causality diagram: Ishikawa diagram, characteristic factor diagram, branching diagram and fishbone diagram take the result as the feature, take the cause as the factor, and connect the cause and effect with arrows to indicate the causal relationship.

6. Control chart: also known as quality management chart or monitoring chart. It is to judge whether the process quality can be in a stable state by drawing the data of quality fluctuation on the diagram and observing whether it exceeds the control limit. This method was initiated by shewhart of the United States in 1924. Simple application, good effect and easy to master. It can directly monitor the production process and play a role in ensuring quality.

7. Correlation diagram method: Correlation diagram method is also called scatter diagram method and simple correlation analysis method. Using correlation diagram to study the correlation between two quality characteristics is an effective and common method to control the related factors affecting product quality.

The work content of QC:

1, obey the work arrangement of QC supervisor and carry out the actual work flow on the weekly worksheet.

2. Conduct inspection according to the company's inspection process and product quality related requirements, strictly abide by the company's product quality requirements during the inspection process, and ensure that all quality inspections can meet the company's quality requirements and objectives.

3. Before going to the factory for inspection, it is necessary to communicate with the relevant personnel of the factory in order to know the actual production situation of the products and other relevant information (such as whether all the products have been completed as planned, whether the samples are in the factory, the specific location of the factory and how to take the bus, etc.). ).

4. Maintain effective quality control inspection with suppliers/factories to achieve the required inspection effect and continuous work improvement.

5. Be able to complete quality control inspection and testing and make corresponding judgments.

6. Carry out inspection actions correctly according to the latest inspection standards to meet the needs of customers and companies.

7. In the inspection process, it is necessary to take photos of the packaging, appearance and size of the product, especially the parts with quality defects, as a record.

8. After product inspection, fill in the inspection report according to the actual inspection situation, and make clear the final inspection result. If it is up to the customer, please indicate the relevant terms in the remarks column.
