Changzhou Trade Union closely focuses on intelligent transformation and digital transformation, focusing on the city's top ten advanced manufacturing industrial clusters, eight high-growth industrial chains and new energy automobile industrial clusters. Guided by market demand, we actively explored and practiced the development mode of deep integration of production and education, and founded "Changzhou Craftsman College".
By planning majors, setting courses, developing teaching materials, and "order-based" training, the college has carried out in-depth vocational skills training, incubated top-notch skilled talents, and trained more "Longcheng craftsmen" and outstanding engineers. At present, the city has built 1 municipal craftsman colleges and 2 district-level craftsman colleges, and 1. 800 industrial workers have been "hospitalized" for further study.
Building a successful craftsman system
The growth of craftsmen and technicians needs continuous policy guidance and support. Changzhou has gradually established a "1+N" skills training policy system.
Focus on promoting seven kinds of training, such as certificate training, employment skills training, pre-job skills training, job skills upgrading training, enterprise new apprentice training, entrepreneurship training and project-based training, and incorporate social vocational training into the quantitative indicators of the annual "Ten Goals" assessment management of technical colleges in the city.
As early as 65438+February in 2020, Changzhou took the lead in formulating the Tenth Five-year Plan for the Construction of Skilled Talents in Changzhou (202 1-2025) and the Three-year Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Technician Education in Changzhou (202 1-2023).
It has also taken the lead in carrying out the "two skills" training for vocational college students in the province, and has supported 50,000 students to participate, effectively enhancing the employment competitiveness of graduates.
At the same time, Changzhou takes professional ability as the guide, focusing on work performance, and gradually establishes an evaluation system for diversified skilled talents with the participation of the government, society, enterprises and laborers, and promotes the appraisal of vocational skills.
At the same time, around the fields of digital skills, intelligent manufacturing and characteristic industries, the city launched 15 first-class competitions and 46 second-class competitions in 2022, attracting 2 158 enterprises and more than 33,000 "skilled craftsmen" to participate.
