According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Servant Law" and "Civil Servant Employment Regulations (Trial)", the Organization Department of Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shanghai Civil Servant Bureau organized and implemented the 20 14 annual civil servant recruitment examination for organs at all levels, directors and clerks below and other equivalent positions. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) 18 years old, under 35 years old (born between19771February 18 and19951February 65438), master's and doctoral students (non-employed).

(3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) Having good conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(seven) with a bachelor's degree or above, with the approval of the municipal civil servant department, the positions of public security, judicial system and grassroots people's police can be relaxed to a college degree;

(eight) have other qualifications required by the central and municipal departments in charge of civil servants.

For the recruitment position, it is clearly required to have a grassroots work experience of more than two years (please refer to "Questions and Answers on the Policy of Recruiting Civil Servants in Shanghai 20 14 Examination" for the calculation method of grassroots work experience), and the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the experience of working in township streets, basic units of vertical management system, enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations, as well as the experience of self-employment and self-employment. I have worked in military regiments and units below the regiment level, which is considered as grassroots work experience. The cut-off time for the calculation of grass-roots work experience above is 20 13 12 18.

Those who apply for the posts of people's police in the public security and judicial systems must take physical fitness tests prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Justice and pass them.

According to the Civil Service Law and its related regulations, the on-the-job civil servants who have served for 2 years (including probation period) but are still in the service period of 5 years and the staff of institutions managed by the Civil Service Law must be approved by their respective organs (units).

Social workers from other provinces and cities must have a master's degree or above, hold a residence permit in Shanghai for more than one year, and achieve a standard score of 120 (see the policy question and answer for details).

Those who apply for the posts of township civil servants are limited to those who have registered in this city, or have a master's degree or above, and have a residence permit in Shanghai for more than one year, and the points have reached the standard score of 120 or more.

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: those who have been criminally punished for crimes or those who have been expelled from public office; In the process of recruiting central and local civil servants, it is found that there are serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud; Active duty personnel, non-graduates and civil servants with less than two years' service (including probation period); Being expelled from the management unit for less than five years with reference to the Civil Service Law; And other circumstances stipulated by law that may not be employed as civil servants.
