The second senior vocational middle school in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province is located in Tangxia Town, Ruian City, which is the automobile and motorcycle capital of China and the top 100 economic towns in China. Its predecessor was Tangxia Town Adult Culture and Technology School. Founded in 1989, 1993 began to recruit full-time students.
