You should sign a contract to learn driving in a driving school. The signing of a contract is the unification of dynamic behavior and static agreement of both parties, including the whole dynamic process of contact and negotiation between the two parties before reaching an agreement, as well as the main terms of the contract reached by both parties, which can constrain both parties to exercise their rights and perform their obligations according to law and reduce corresponding disputes.

During the performance of the contract, the parties shall avoid wasting resources, polluting the environment and destroying the ecology.

Article 577 Where a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations in conformity with the contract, it shall be liable for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.
