Article 62 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that a motor vehicle driver shall not drive a motor vehicle continuously for more than 4 hours without stopping, or stop for less than 20 minutes. According to the Labor Law, workers should work no more than 44 hours a week and no more than 8 hours a day. According to the administrative regulations of the State Council, the weekly time shall not exceed 40 hours.

A3 driver's license is a bit special. It is a bus that people often take, while other drivers are only allowed to drive C 1 (small cars), C2 (small automatic cars), C3 (low-speed trucks) and C4 (tricycles). This driver's license can't be A 1 or A2 and B 1 or B2.
