After the self-inspection reaches the standard, the builder can organize the quality acceptance.
2. Mutual inspection:
Inspection of job exchange: After the last working procedure is completed and before the next working procedure is inserted, the technical person in charge of the project must organize the foremen and team leaders of both parties to conduct handover inspection. After careful examination and signature by both parties, the next process can be carried out. Without the handover inspection or although the handover inspection does not meet the engineering requirements of the inspection lot, the contractor may refuse to insert the construction.
3. Special inspection:
All subdivisional work, concealed inspection and pre-inspection projects must be carried out according to procedures, and special inspectors shall be invited as a working procedure for quality inspection and evaluation. The next working procedure shall not be carried out for the project that has not been inspected and evaluated by the special inspector, or the project that has not reached the quality standard after inspection and evaluation. Special inspectors have the right to impose financial penalties on those responsible for violating this regulation.
