The life of poor families is very sympathetic, and it also makes me feel the responsibility and mission of community workers. I must serve the people wholeheartedly and do my best to do good and practical things for the residents.

After working in Xixia community for one month, I was transferred to a new community. When I come to a new environment, everything will start all over again. There is a saying that "I am a screw, where I need it", as long as the work needs it, it is the same everywhere.

After I arrived in Xinyi community, due to some experiences, my work was a little more than when I was in Xixia community. Mainly in cooperation with old comrades, responsible for community service, community creation and community tertiary service industry. My area of responsibility is Nan 'an and North Street. With the increase of work tasks, it is even more necessary to calm down, sort out the mess and start from scratch.

The lots I am responsible for are all old-fashioned bungalows, most of which are dilapidated. It's raining heavily outside, drizzling inside, windy outside and windy inside. Most of the low-income households, three unemployed people and disabled people in the community are concentrated in this area. The hardships of their lives cannot be realized without seeing them with their own eyes. They can be said to be the lowest stratum in the rapidly developing society. I also participated in activities such as "home care for the elderly" in the community, visited the homes of the elderly, asked about their physical condition, filled out a form and built a shelter for the elderly; For those elderly people who live alone in the community, we also go to their homes to clean up, talk with them, understand the practical difficulties that the elderly need to solve, and record them so as to solve them as soon as possible in the future.

Community work seems simple, but it is not easy. It not only tests the working ability and attitude of the staff, but also tests their communication and coordination ability, insight and reaction ability. More importantly, it needs to have the love and responsibility to really solve the difficulties for residents. In practical work, we must actively integrate with residents and maintain good and harmonious social relations in order to implement social policies, principles and regulations.

During the period, I felt that the club work was very hard, but at the same time I was very happy.
