First, improve the system and standardize management. 1. Establishing and perfecting the system management of school rules and regulations is the unity of static management and dynamic management, and it is the concrete embodiment of running the school according to law. Principal responsibility system does not mean "the principal has the final say", and rules and regulations are very important for school management. Want the rule of law, not the rule of man. If you want to rule the people, you will be divorced from the masses, and the decree will definitely not work. Strengthening system construction is a wise move to run a good school. In the management of * *, our school has conscientiously implemented the Teacher Law and the Compulsory Education Law, formulated various rules and regulations of our school, improved teachers' understanding, reformed the personnel system, and realized a new mechanism of employing people to survive the fittest. Therefore, the formulation, implementation and real promotion of these systems reflect the cultural quality of school leaders and the improvement of school scientific management level. At the same time, the school strengthens the construction of organizations at all levels, and makes use of various opportunities to carry out targeted training for teachers to build a platform for teachers' professional growth. 2. Taking the overall situation into consideration, system management guides teachers' work by instruction, which will limit teachers' initiative and creativity, and engage in obedient teaching, and the effect will not be good. So, how should the headmaster reflect his leadership role? In my work, I mainly do: take the overall situation into account, adjust contradictions, coordinate the pace and promote the work. (1) Be responsible for the overall situation and make a good plan. Planning is the program of school work. Ideological unity is the basis for adjusting contradictions and coordinating the pace. School work is complicated, how to grasp the overall situation? It is necessary to use the "system" method. For example, in teaching, it is necessary to formulate the "six conscientiousness" work norms and assessment regulations of our school, which are linked to the assessment and reward of teaching work in each semester. Teachers are required to prepare lessons one week in advance, record the teaching situation after class, write a good reflection on teaching (thinking about efficiency, thinking about gains, thinking about losses, thinking about changes), and lead teachers to grow and improve in reflection. The "six conscientiousness" in teaching includes preparing lessons, attending lectures, correcting homework, counseling, performance evaluation and extracurricular activities. As the person in charge, it is necessary to clarify the link procedures and form a work outline according to the system synthesis. With the "contact map" in your mind, you can "have a plan in your heart" and "have a good idea" to promote school work. (4) Give full play to the dynamic role of administrative leadership and make decisive decisions at critical moments. Administrative work is very important, but the most important thing is to give full play to the role of administrative organizations, and to promote the work of schools by establishing work routines and clarifying responsibilities, so that administrative cadres can play an active role. Only by liberalizing all departments and managers, fully mobilizing their work enthusiasm, fully trusting them, relying on them, actively coordinating and supporting their management work, keeping abreast of their work conditions and actively solving problems for them. Of course, while fully authorizing the administrative staff to let go of their work, the principal should also keep abreast of the situation and ask the administrative staff to report to the principal after completing the work. Second, straighten out relations and do a good job of unity. Straightening out all kinds of relationships and doing a good job of unity are the keys to being a good principal. No matter how strong the headmaster's ability is, no matter how high the teacher's level is, it is impossible to do a good job without unity. Therefore, an excellent principal must first straighten out the following relations: 1. Straighten out the relationship between school leaders. The implementation of the principal responsibility system in today's schools has undoubtedly liberated the principal from other improper interventions and enhanced the principal's initiative in work. However, as a principal, you can't intervene in everything, but you can't ask nothing. A school has a vice principal, an office, an academic affairs office, a political and educational office, and a general affairs office. The headmaster must straighten out the relationship with these departments and coordinate the relationship between them. In order to properly handle various contradictions, the best way is to combine centralization with decentralization. To implement this principle, the most important thing is to implement the post responsibility system, perform their duties and responsibilities, and give full play to the collective wisdom on major issues, so that they can perform their duties and coordinate with each other under the guidance of the overall goal of the school to achieve macro-control and micro-autonomy. 2. Straighten out the interpersonal relationship with teachers. The manager and the managed are a group of contradictions. If this group of contradictions is not handled well or rigid, it will lead to alienation from Germany, tension, passive work and even adverse effects. Even if it is subdued by the majesty of the system, it still seeks no merit, but nothing. How to straighten out this relationship? I think we should pay attention to the following aspects: first, respect the teacher's personality and convince people by reasoning. Second, be a teacher's bosom friend. Heart for heart, trust in work, care in life, treat each other sincerely, get along with friends, treat each other equally, be impartial, and not worry about the unsatisfactory work. Straightening out interpersonal relationships is the process of building a harmonious campus, and there is harmony between principals and comrades. 3. Straighten out the relationship between non-teaching factors and schools. The school is an independent unit, but it is not a paradise. In addition to straightening out all relations within the school, the principal should also straighten out the relationship between the higher education administrative department and the school; Straighten out the relationship between parents and schools; Straighten out the relationship between other organizations around you and the school; Straighten out the relationship between teachers' families and schools and so on. Straightening out these relationships and gaining the support of leaders and social forces can ensure the normal teaching order. Third, be good at learning and constantly improve. The headmaster is the leader. First of all, he runs fast by himself. To be a good leader, you must run faster and farther than others. The only way for principals to acquire these qualities and talents is to study. A good principal is a principal who is good at learning.
