It is also an authorized new energy smart car certification training center of German TV, and an authorized unit in East China of the Sino-German cooperation project "German Automotive Machinery and Electronics Qualification Certificate Project" approved by the Ministry of Education.

4. Hangzhou Automobile Senior Technical School
A well-known automobile maintenance training institution, founded in 1975, is the earliest full-time technical school for automobile majors in Hangzhou, and is a public welfare educational institution sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal Government and headed by the Municipal Transportation Bureau. The school has eight majors of automobile and machinery, with more than 70 in-service teachers/KLOC-0 and nearly 2,000 full-time students, two thirds of whom are senior engineers and reserve technicians.
The school has won many national and provincial honors and has become the only taxi driver qualification training unit in Hangzhou.
