Seven, waterproof main and auxiliary materials construction requirements:

1. Proportion of cement slurry: preparation of cement paste.

Preparation method of adding 107 glue to cement When the weight ratio of 107 glue to cement is 20%, the water content per kilogram of cement is controlled at 0.40 ~ 0.43 kg; When the weight ratio of 107 glue to cement is 10%, the water consumption per kilogram of cement should be controlled at 0.47 ~ 0.50 kg. During preparation, the 107 glue is put into a glue-making container, and water is added while stirring, and then the 107 glue is completely dissolved, and then the cement is added while stirring, and after the cement is added, the mixture is stirred uniformly without clots, sedimentation and foam.

Eight, the waterproof layer construction and operation

Construction sequence: start from the northeast of the garage roof, and reserve a protective layer construction lane in the middle, starting from north to south. During construction, construction can be carried out from the middle to both ends.

1, construction conditions

(1) The construction temperature of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane should be above 5℃ and below 25℃. It is forbidden to construct in rainy days, snowy days and strong winds of level 5 or above. Rainproof measures should be taken in case of rainy days during construction. It is forbidden to construct in rainy days.

(2) As long as there is no open water under wet conditions, grass-roots construction can be carried out.

2. The pasting and laying of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane shall be operated according to the following provisions.

Determination of the pasting direction of (1) coil.

(2) Before the construction of the waterproof layer of the garage roof, the additional layer of the post-cast strip should be treated first, and a 500-mm-wide polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane should be added.

(3) Before pasting the additional layer, pre-lay 500MM-wide coil at the laying place, align the back and fix it in the middle. Roll one end of the coil to a fixed place, spread glue on it, and after this end is pasted, roll the other end of the coil placed in advance back to the pasting position and paste it continuously until the whole picture.

(4) Glue spreading method: firstly, pour the prepared glue into a small container on the leveling layer at the pre-gluing place, and the glue should be continuous and uniform with a thickness of 1mm, then spread the coil with a scraper, exhaust and compact it, and discharge the excess cement glue.

(5) Lapping method is adopted for coil laying, and the lap width of coil is 80- 100mm for both long and short sides. Overlapping of the upper and lower layers and adjacent two layers of coiled materials and overlapping of the main waterproof layer and the additional layer are staggered by more than 1/3.

(6) The lap joint of the coil is sticky. After the joint is compacted, brush a layer of cement slurry on the edge of the joint to seal the joint tightly, and it is not allowed to show the bottom, wrinkle, warp and empty drum.

(7) The facade composite coiled material must be pasted vertically, aligned up and down, and exhausted and compacted from bottom to top. It is required that the base and the coil be coated with cement glue at the same time, and the coil should be full of glue.

3, the treatment of special parts

(1) Treatment of the end of the coil: The end of the coil is the key part of the waterproof layer of the coil, and it is easy to open, tilt and fall off if it is not handled properly? It should be strictly controlled.

(2) Yin and Yang angle processing

At the corner of Yin and Yang, first reinforce the additional layer with a width of 500MM. The first large-scale construction can be carried out only after the acceptance of the additional layer, and the second construction can be carried out only after the first acceptance, and the longitudinal lap joint is not less than 80-100 mm; For the hole of the pipeline, two additional layers should be made first, and then the hole should be cut into four pieces during the construction of bedding face, inserted into the hole and pasted. After the installation of the pipeline is completed, the gaps around the pipeline should be filled and closed with sealing paste; The coiled material of vertical retaining wall of roof panel returns to 100MM, and it is scraped and pasted from bottom to top with scraper, which has achieved uniform and dense bonding.

4, glue and laying coil matters needing attention

(1) The coiled material should be spread immediately after the cement binder is applied, so as to prevent the water loss in the binder from affecting the bonding quality for a long time.

(2) When scraping the coil with a scraper, pay attention to check whether there are hard particles and other substances under the coil to buffer the coil. If there are, take them out and paste them again. Before the laid waterproof layer reaches a certain strength, people should avoid trampling back and forth on it to avoid the coil bulging. After the acceptance of waterproof layer, protective layer construction should be carried out as soon as possible.

(3) The coiled material must be pasted on the leveling layer without wrinkling or warping, and the pasting area is over 85%.

(4) When the construction temperature of the coil is higher than 25℃, the surface of the coil after construction should be cooled by spraying water immediately and covered with curing to prevent the coil from deforming and bulging.

Nine, waterproof layer detection test

After the waterproof layer construction is completed, apply for supervision to store water and test the water, pay attention to the inspection, and handle any questions in time. After the acceptance of the three parties, the waterproof protective layer shall be constructed. The waterproof protective layer of this project adopts C20 fine stone concrete with 40 thick steel mesh, and the top surface is poured with commercial concrete truck pump. Vehicles are prohibited from rolling on the surface of waterproof layer.

(3) The laying, overlapping and sealing of coiled material waterproof layer shall comply with the design requirements and technical specifications of underground waterproof engineering, with firm bonding and no defects such as air crack, damage, slip, warping, foaming and buckling.
