Second: learn to manage the organization.

Third: learn to be a leader.
In the past, you could do your own thing, but now it is something that others can't do. You have to solve the problem, but you can't solve the problem in the original way. You must arrange for everyone to solve it together.
Fourth: act according to the rules and regulations.
Because you have to lead a group of people, you have to learn rules and regulations, that is, everything you do must be based on rules. Because even if the problem is solved, it is still not up to standard.
Novice managers should figure out why they are responsible.
The core responsibilities of the middle level are two things, human resources and internal efficiency.
1. Human resources
The middle level determines the human resource status of the whole company, because the middle level faces everyone, so it means that if the middle level is not strong, the status of all employees in the whole company will not be too strong.

2. Internal efficiency
The middle layer actually determines the efficiency of all processes, communication and information transmission within the company, as well as the coordination efficiency between departments.
Therefore, the level and efficiency of human resources in the whole company are determined by the middle level.
