The general process of establishing pressure standards is as follows:
1: First, apply to the local metrological management department for training of metrological verifiers (majoring in pressure gauges), and at least two of them have pressure verification certificates. If the registered place of the enterprise is the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, go to the Metrology Department of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau.
2. Buy equipment, specific models, and choose the appropriate equipment according to the actual number and specific conditions of pressure gauges. Generally, when training in the metrological verification department, the trained personnel will provide reference.
3. According to the purchased equipment, fill in the Application Form for Establishing Measurement Standards and the Technical Report for Establishing Measurement Standards, and the application form has attachments that need to be submitted.
4. Submit the application materials to the local metrological management department.
5. Meet the on-site assessment.
6. Carry out the work after issuing the certificate.
7. The most important point: If your pressure gauge is compulsory, you need to apply to the local metrological management department for compulsory verification authorization. This is best asked when applying for validation training.
