1. In principle, the clinical base of general practice is set in a tertiary general hospital.

2. The annual outpatient volume of the hospital is not less than 400,000 person-times, the annual emergency volume is not less than 20,000 person-times, and the annual discharged patients are not less than 1 10,000 person-times.

3. The hospital should set up the following necessary general rotation departments: general practice, internal medicine, neurology, pediatrics, surgery (general surgery, orthopedics, urology), obstetrics and gynecology, emergency department, dermatology, ENT (ophthalmology, otolaryngology), infectious diseases (infectious diseases), psychiatry, medical imaging and so on.
