If you want to transfer the accounting qualification file to a place outside Sichuan Province, you need to go to the window of Chengdu Municipal Affairs Service Center, the Municipal Finance Bureau and the accounting service window of the district (city) and county finance bureaus. If you work in Sichuan province, you don't need to transfer accounting files.

Provide the required information, such as the Accounting Qualification Certificate and the completed Registration Form for Registration, Change and Transfer of Accounting Qualification. If your information is complete, the staff will handle the accounting file transfer formalities for you on the spot.
Supplementary material
If the application materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, the staff will inform all the materials that need to be corrected on the spot. So you can prepare all the necessary information at once!
Stamping program
During the application process, the staff will sign the registration form you fill in, fill in the contact number and processing time, and affix the seal of the financial department. At the same time, indicate the transfer-out time and transfer-in place in the remarks column of accounting qualification certificate, and affix the "special seal for accounting qualification certificate".
Follow-up registration
After completing the above steps, you need to go through the transfer registration formalities at the local financial department with relevant certificates within 90 days from the date of handling the transfer formalities.
Prepare information
When handling the transfer of accounting files, you need to bring the accounting qualification certificate, fill in the complete Registration Form for Accounting Qualification Registration, Change and Transfer in triplicate, the certificate of transferring to the work unit (no need to provide it if there is no work unit) and the Application Form for Accounting Qualification Certificate in Sichuan Province filled in by the transferred personnel.
