Eight members of architecture: definition and responsibility
Building eight members are the core positions in construction enterprises, responsible for construction organization, quality management, safety supervision, information management and other aspects of work. According to the new standard JGJ/T250-20 1 1, these eight members include builders, quality engineers, safety officers, standard engineers, materials engineers, mechanics, workers and librarians. Their work covers all aspects from planning, implementation to supervision, and they are indispensable and important roles in engineering projects.

♂? Builder (surveyor)

The builder is responsible for the construction organization, planning, technology and management to ensure that the construction progress and quality meet the standards.

Quality controller

The quality controller pays attention to the construction quality planning and process control, and strictly controls each working procedure.

Security personnel

Safety personnel guard the safety of the construction site, and prevent and deal with all kinds of safety risks.

Standardization supervisor

The standard engineer is responsible for implementing the engineering construction standards to ensure that the construction meets the specification requirements.

Material person

The material clerk manages the planning, purchasing and accounting of building materials to ensure the stability of material quality and supply.

Mechanic

Machinists supervise the safe use of construction machinery to reduce the mechanical failure rate and accident risk.

Laborer (Budget Officer)

Laborers manage laborers, handle labor contracts and wages, and resolve labor disputes.
