I am an NPC representative from the rural grassroots in Nanchuan District, Chongqing. I witnessed and participated in the whole process of balanced development of compulsory education in Nanchuan. Nanchuan did not shy away from problems, focused on problems accurately, increased investment to make up for shortcomings, and realized the leap-forward development of education in the whole region. Let me talk about my feelings from four aspects:

The first feeling is that good policies have really been implemented. Hongtu Village Primary School in Jiang Shui Town is a typical western mountainous rural area. In retrospect, the school has only one teaching building, a simple classroom, worn-out tables and chairs, a palm-sized playground, muddy in rainy days, gray in sunny days, a dry toilet and a small house with only earthen stoves. In recent years, the district committees and governments have invested heavily in improving the conditions for running schools. Today, the small area of Hongtu Village has doubled, with a plastic playground, basketball court, football field and badminton court. Toilet with direct drinking machine and flush squatting door; The student canteen has a gas stove, refrigerator, disinfection cabinet and dining table; There is a high and low sink at the entrance of the toilet and canteen; There is a library, a laboratory, a computer room, a music and art comprehensive room, and even an electronic whiteboard that we have never seen before. The school has increased from three grades to six grades, and the number of students has increased from dozens to 160. In the past, ordinary people had to send their children to study in cities and other places. Now, the villagers are more willing to leave their children in the local area and stay with them to study.

According to statistics, in order to implement the Party's policies, the district committee and government raised11500 million yuan in 2065, and promoted the balanced development of compulsory education in 438+07. Various departments and enterprises supported the school for more than 50 million yuan, and did more than 1000 good things for the school. In the past three years, six newly-built schools have been relocated, 83 schools have been rebuilt and expanded, and more than 5000 new degrees have been added/kloc-0. The conditions for running schools in rural areas have been improved in an all-round way, and the problem of insufficient degrees in urban schools has been effectively solved.

The second feeling is that there are more good teachers. Jinshan Town Central School is one of the most remote schools in Nanchuan District. Due to the lack of teachers specializing in art and sports, it is difficult to effectively implement the curriculum plan. Wei Bangju is an excellent music professional teacher in urban areas and a key teacher at district level. She took the initiative to apply to teach in the school, led the professional growth of school music teachers, formed a choir, and created a course with Tao Di characteristics. In June, 1 1, the school's Tao Di course was introduced to the world by the global education forum. Children in mountainous areas can also enjoy high-quality educational resources, develop artistic expertise, step onto the stage of dreams and gain a wonderful life.

Nanchuan District has fully implemented inter-school exchanges between teachers and teaching in school districts, and teachers in urban and rural areas have been able to "get down, stay and teach well". It is understood that in recent years, there are more than 0/000 principals and teachers in the whole region, with the turnover rate of principals 10.5% and teachers' turnover rate of 22.5%. Headmasters and teachers went to Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Beijing No.11 School, Shi Jia Hutong Primary School and other training bases to participate in shadow training 1000 person-times, and 56 municipal famous teachers and backbone teachers were added. A team of teachers with capable business and noble morality walks on the land of Nanchuan. Every school is led by good teachers, every subject is driven by good teachers, and every student is cared for by good teachers.

The third feeling is that a good school is really at home. The dragon dance on the bench in our town is the first-class intangible cultural heritage of Chongqing. As a heritage education base, Xishi Town Central School deeply studies the inheritance and development of the dragon dance on the bench, actively develops school-based courses with the characteristics of the dragon dance on the bench, devotes itself to inheriting the local culture and vigorously promotes the spirit of loong. Students are fully developed and full of vigor, and the school dragon culture has become a beautiful landscape, and the dragon dance performance of teachers and students on the bench has entered the CCTV stage. The people sincerely lamented: "Our children of Xi Shi are really amazing, and our primary school of Xi Shi is not simple."

In Nanchuan, every school pursues connotation development, and every school is committed to creating characteristics, which truly forms a gratifying situation of one school, one brand and one characteristic. Sticky pyrography in the central school of Democratic Town has promoted the development of local industries. The natural education with the characteristics of "Little Li Shizhen" in Mazui Experimental School has a high influence both inside and outside the city. The folk song culture of Judas Town Center School has gone out of the mountains and out of Chongqing. The changes in Nanchuan school can be seen, touched and felt. Many schools from outside the region and the province came to our region to study and inspect. As a representative of the National People's Congress, I am proud of the development of Nanchuan education!

The fourth feeling is that it is really fair for children to enjoy it. Nanchuan District Special Education Center has 173 students, and actively accepts more than 10 disabled children from surrounding districts and counties. Establish 6 rehabilitation teams and carry out individualized rehabilitation training; Offering life adaptability courses, such as sewing basics, family kitchen, supermarket shopping, labor planting, etc. Some children initially have the level of junior workers; For disabled children who can't take care of themselves and go to school, they should go to their homes regularly and send their classes home, so that every disabled child can better integrate into society, live with dignity and be a self-respecting, self-loving, self-reliant and self-reliant person.

Our district has established a caring mechanism for special groups such as left-behind children, disabled children and poor children, which is led by the government and widely participated by all sectors of society. Innovatively implement the agency parent system, and build more than 70 school-level left-behind children in Children's Home and more than 80 community-level left-behind children in Children's Home. Schools set up psychological counseling rooms, family talk bars, activity rooms for left-behind children, and children's palaces in rural schools to really care about the study and life of left-behind children; Fully guarantee the equal right of disabled children to receive education in the form of regular classes and sending teachers to their homes, and the enrollment rate reaches 91%; The enrollment rate of children of migrant workers and migrant population100%; Five-year aid was given to children from poor families, and more than 40,000 poor students were helped each year, with a grant of more than 40 million yuan, and the funds for implementing the nutrition improvement plan were 1 1 10,000 yuan. Funding policies at all stages of education have been fully implemented and covered. Never let the families of any special group worry, and never let the children of any special group fall behind. This is the unshakable goal of our whole region.

Whether in urban schools or rural schools, children are sunny, happy to study and grow up healthily.
