I. Contents of "5S" on-site management

The "5S" site management includes five aspects: sorting, rectifying, sweeping, cleaning and self-cultivation, including:

Finishing is to separate necessities from non-necessities. Necessary items should be placed in designated locations, listed and managed by objectives. Unwanted items should be resolutely disposed of, and items other than necessities should not be placed on the post.
