Catering is eating, everyone can cook, and the hosting classes run by many professional chefs are definitely more diverse than our meals. Then work hard on service and education (homework guidance), and of course the food can't be bad. Service is particularly important. To put it bluntly, how do you get along with students and parents? Think about whether you are good at or like dealing with people. How is the relationship with friends, colleagues and neighbors around you? If the relationship is not good, then I don't recommend you to enter this industry. In addition, whether you are careful, for example, parents often call you or send WeChat to remind children to take medicine, children put on coats, take things with them and so on. You can do it, even if your parents don't say it. You can do very well. Patience and love are essential, so I won't go into details here.

1. How to choose a site?

In the initial stage of trusteeship, it is not recommended to choose several famous local schools, because the competition is too fierce, and every large institution doing trusteeship is staring at these primary schools. It is also not recommended to choose schools with particularly poor teaching quality. On the one hand, the fees are low, on the other hand, the children's learning foundation is poor, and counseling is particularly tiring. Your parents may not recognize your efforts. It is suggested to choose key primary schools in the district. Try to set the site below the third floor, preferably on the first floor, but not across the road. Distance, distance, say the important things three times. My first one is on the first floor opposite the school. Parents don't have to go out to enroll students when they come to consult. If you are far away and have a high floor, you have to go out to enroll students, which is very tiring. Some people say it's hard to choose. 2. How to name hosting?

Some friends think that hosting should make students feel warm and at home. The name is Teacher X's home, Aunt X's small dining table, and Aunt X's custody. If you are going to recruit only ten and eight students, well, these names are very kind. If you want to do a career, then you can abandon these friendly names and teach XX trusteeship center and XX foster center. If you plan to open a weekend class in the future, it will be called XX education, such as learning thinking education and Borui education.

3. How to buy hardware

Tables, chairs and beds for students needed for trusteeship can be found in the local furniture market, and there will be corresponding markets in first-and second-tier cities that specialize in selling tables, chairs and beds for students. If not, you can choose on Taobao. Another way is to choose second-hand goods online and remember to disinfect them after buying them. Others, such as textbooks, exercise books, kitchen utensils, etc., are purchased in various ways.

4. How to apply for documents

First of all, you must apply for a health certificate, either in a local hospital or an epidemic prevention center. Secondly, apply for a registration certificate in the local community or street office, and provide my ID card, health certificate, lease contract, floor plan and other information as required. Third, apply for a business license or filing certificate. At present, more than 90% of the places in China apply for filing certificates and provide information according to the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration. Some institutions are generous and adopt the way of registering companies to avoid risks. Only a few cities can handle business licenses (I know Lanzhou, Gansu, Xianyang, Shaanxi, Shenzhen, Guangdong and other cities).

5. How to form a team (chef, teacher)

It is suggested that you should at least be able to cook or help with your homework, and it is best not to cook and help with your homework at the same time. Parents will think you are unprofessional. When there are not many students in the early stage, you can let your family cook or ask someone to cook. But food must be delicious and varied. Primary school homework is easier to tutor. You can study by yourself within the scope of 10 students, and buy textbooks and workbooks in advance to prepare lessons. After more students, you can hire part-time teachers (college students, full-time mothers, etc. If there are more than 20 students, it is recommended to choose a full-time teacher.

6. How to set the charging standard?

After choosing the address and target school, visit or call other trustees nearby as parents and ask about the cost of lunch, evening and day care. The prices around some schools vary greatly, so we must know more. Finally, set a suitable price, and parents pay more attention to quality when there is little difference between them. Just starting a business, you can do some marketing activities, such as signing up for hosting to send students gifts, how much is a three-person group, introducing students to sign up for gifts, and experiencing free lunch support for one week. 7. How to recruit students

Enrollment is divided into online and offline. Online, you can use WeChat friends circle, 58 Tongcheng, Jiji.com, Baidu Know, Post Bar, etc. If your writing is OK, you can send a soft article to the forum that parents often go to. Two years ago, I posted a post, "Why did you resign from the mobile company to open a custody class?" 450,000 people have seen it, and every semester, parents will come to consult and sign up for custody. Offline, you can choose to send flyers, hang banners and put up posters for acquaintances to introduce. You need to play hide-and-seek with the city management when handing out leaflets. I almost had a fight with my colleague before hanging the banner (I became acquainted with him later). In addition, it is suggested to do some preferential activities, such as a one-month experience in 99 yuan or signing up for a telephone watch. It allows you to enroll students quickly. Eight. How to do a good job in daily process

Buy ingredients: Go to the nearest vegetable market or grain and oil store. If you are in a first-and second-tier city, you can also buy it through a software with rice, noodles and oil on it. Order the same day, and the second set will be delivered to your kitchen in the morning. I am afraid that people will accuse me of advertising, so I won't say the name of this software. Cooking: Hygiene, health, variety and delicacy are the principles. Remember not to provide cold salad, bean sprouts, soybean milk, etc. According to the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, it is easy to get food poisoning.

Pick-up school: prepare a good roster of players at least 5 minutes in advance to pick up students at the designated place of the school. You can't miss the plane. If the child does not receive it, contact the parents or school teachers in time. Of course, now you can also call the roll through the free software, and all the teachers in your institution can check whether the children have come back. Similarly, in order to prevent being considered as an advertisement, websites are not allowed to write names. Dining: Make sure that the temperature of soup or porridge is not too hot before it is served. You can buy a thermometer for measuring soup online, usually about 40 degrees. Children like to fight and get burned easily. Cook for each child, guide the children to eat more, and ensure that every child can eat enough.

Lunch break: I suggest that all children under the third grade can have lunch breaks, and it is best to have a teacher watching discipline in the lunch break room. All the children are very young, and the lunch room is unattended, which ensures that no one can sleep well. Children can be given lunch break discipline, and a team leader can be appointed to assist the teacher in management.

Homework guidance: the guidance of seven-star guidance standard (all-in-one music exhibition) requires teachers to prepare lessons in advance and do corresponding exercises. 9. What about the weekend shift?

It is not recommended to open weekend classes for the first semester. At noon, children can give lectures for free when they finish their homework and talk about good habits (at present, I bought a set of good habits textbooks for grade 1-6, which are not available in many places). After the first batch of students and parents approve the second semester, they will consider opening weekend classes. X. How to run more custody classes?

When you figure out all the processes and pay more attention to which teachers are more capable and willing to make further development, you should focus on cultivating campus supervisors. Once the second one is opened, it will involve many aspects such as management. As a principal, you need to attend more relevant training and study outside. When the time is ripe, consider opening another school, either in other nearby primary schools or in other campuses.
