During the summer vacation, I was honored to be sent by the school to participate in training and study. I thank the school for giving me this opportunity to go out for training and study. As a new teacher, I urgently need to increase my knowledge reserve and teaching methods, so I was very excited when I learned that I was participating in the training of provincial young teachers.

On July 25th, I came to Dezhou Automobile and Motorcycle College with a happy mood. When I got to school, I looked very simple. The school security personnel knew at a glance that it was their student. They are polite and enthusiastic. Under their guidance, I soon came to the newspaper office. Books and tools are ready for us, and accommodation is well arranged. In this environment, I think our study must be full of fun.

In this training, I received the training in the direction of automobile body repair, mainly studying the painting and shaping of automobiles and so on. At the opening ceremony, I knew the goal of this research. I don't know much about the course of body repair, so I will use this time to study hard. First of all, we learned the knowledge of safety production and 5S. Knowing that there are still many dangers during work, we must be soberly aware of this aspect. 5S is the embodiment of serious work in five aspects: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning and self-discipline. In the following study, we started various training programs. The basis of car body painting is to understand the development and composition of coatings, understand the supporting conditions of coatings, and have some advanced equipment. In this learning process, there are still many students in class, and we are also observing students' learning, which makes me realize a different learning method. In our school, teachers mainly explain to students first, and then operate. Their students are teachers, so what they say is what they do, and students follow suit. Moreover, they also have a group leader in the group mode. One student is the group leader to guide the rest of the students to stand by and watch the operation, so that they can operate without making mistakes. This kind of student class mode is very suitable for our study, which is more conducive to the development of students and gives teachers more time to guide other students who are not very good at it.

In my study, I learned a lot of brand-new technologies and updated my original knowledge reserve. Some existing methods combined with some new equipment can improve efficiency, save costs and make our future teaching more convenient, applicable and reasonable. It can also make students develop better in their future work. We also visited many 4S shops, and we also know the gap between our students and the workers who go to work, which gives me the goal of students' future development. I think I must teach these learning methods and new knowledge at the beginning of the new semester.

To more people. I also found many shortcomings in my study, and I am not very skilled in many places. We should step up our practice in the future and strive to train our students to be more skilled and better.

In this training and study, I also know that the teacher is such a role. I should gradually guide students to become interested in auto repair instead of teaching them blindly, which can better stimulate their enthusiasm and make them interested in learning. This is what our teacher taught us in the training. A lot of body maintenance needs to be done by hand, and you can't just talk without practicing your hands. We need to interact in the classroom in order to finish our study better, which is also in line with the project teaching method in our department. It will be better to combine them and teach them well in the future.

I am very lucky. This training activity not only made me discover some shortcomings and deficiencies, but also gave me an opportunity to exercise and learn, and made many mentors and friends. The training course further established my good study and work style of hard work, courage to think, unity and mutual assistance, and made me more actively devote myself to my beloved career and strive for the new development of vocational education in China. I will grow up to be a qualified teacher faster.
