Share some practical experiences and feelings, hoping to bring some thinking and inspiration to everyone.
1. There is little chance of change.
Before taking part in PPT presentation, my expression ability can't be said to be a mess, but I always feel powerless when I need it. I always feel that I didn't express the main points when I reported my work. Did 100 points can only say 100 points, no sense of accomplishment. In addition, I am also starting a business, and my partners always feel lacking when preparing the company introduction. I have seen many PPT templates on the market, but I always feel that they can't help us convey the information we want to express.
I thought I didn't take the easy PPT course. It happened that there was a line going to work in Shanghai in April, so I reported it. My original intention was just to introduce PPT to a good-looking company. I didn't expect to take part in this course and gain more than expected. It not only made me master PPT skills, but also improved my speaking ability and self-confidence through this course.
2. Small groups that continue to be authorized
When I first started practicing, the action I did was very simple, that is, watching videos every week, and then punching in according to the cat's homework. There is no brain hole, and there is no active speech in the class group or group. I don't think anyone will notice anyway. Until one day, the group leader asked me if I could be a small secretary in the group to help follow up everyone's homework. I thought about it and thought it was not difficult, so I agreed. But into the pit, after all, as a small secretary, had to finish her homework first, so I finished my homework as soon as possible every week and communicated with you, trying to promote the learning atmosphere in the group. With the support of the coach and the secretary-general, everyone cooperated well. The atmosphere in the group is getting better and better, and the completion rate of homework is getting higher and higher. From the countdown from the beginning to the excellent group in the last week, 4 people participated in the first speech show and 3 people participated in the second speech show. After 90 days of practice, I feel that I have grown a lot. Because of the support of the coach, the transfer of the team leader and the support of the class Committee when organizing the class meeting, this small group has continuously empowered me to grow.
3. Insist on small changes.
Looking back on the past 2+90 days, I have completed 30 tips homework, presided over a group meeting and an online graduation ceremony, and participated in two speech shows, winning the second prize for the first time and the third prize for the second graduation speech show. What a great harvest!
Looking back, the purpose of participating in PPT training was only to help your startup company make a PPT introduction. Now it seems that it is not a problem at all. In practice, I have changed a lot unconsciously, and PPT skills are undoubtedly more powerful. More importantly, the speech is more logical and clear, which is very helpful to work and life and even future development. The harvest in these three months is much more than I expected.
Look for more possibilities
These changes are inseparable from the efforts of coaches, group coaches, shared coaches and all class Committee members. They let me know that all success is not just a gift, everyone will encounter all kinds of problems. They let me know that I just lack faith, so sometimes I flinch when I encounter problems; They let me know that if I don't do it, I won't sum up my experience and form my own set of methods. If I don't have enough time to accumulate and concentrate, I can't change from two sides to qualitative change.
By practicing speaking, I feel that, as I said in my speech, I become more confident and happy. PPT and speech are good exercises for me, which can help me move on and get closer to my dream. Why not continue to work with this excellent team?
I decided to give myself more possibilities and sign up for the coaching group, hoping to have the opportunity to get to know myself better with a group of fellow coaches with the same frequency!
