According to the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC), the Interim Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Interim Provisions of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee on Granting Bachelor's Degrees to Adult Higher Education Graduates, in order to ensure the quality of awarding bachelor's degrees to Zhengzhou University's adult higher education graduates, combined with the actual situation of our school, the following provisions are made.

First, grant the object

Graduates of Zhengzhou University's adult higher education (including the starting point of high school and junior college) can take the self-study examination of higher education in Zhengzhou University within two years after graduation. Those who meet the requirements may apply for the award of a bachelor's degree. Second, the grant conditions

1. Applicants for bachelor's degree must support the Party's line, principles and policies, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct. During the study period, I was not punished by the above demerits.

2. Systematically master the basic theories and professional knowledge of this discipline and major, and master the basic skills, methods and related knowledge of this major; Have the preliminary ability to engage in practical work and research work in this major.

3. Complete all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the specified study period, and at the same time, the average score of the graduates of adult education in school is above 70 (including 70) (the average score is reserved to the whole number, rounded off after the decimal point). There are no more than 3 make-up exams for junior college students and no more than 5 make-up exams for senior high school students; Self-study exam graduates scored 70 points (including 70 points) or more, and the courses reached more than 30% (including 30%) of the total course score, except for the exam-free courses.

4. Graduation thesis (graduation design and other graduation practice links) is qualified.

5. I took the final exam of college foreign language basic stage organized by Henan Provincial Department of Education in Zhengzhou University, and passed the exam.

6. Pass the foreign language interview organized by Zhengzhou University.

7. Self-taught graduates were not suspended for cheating in the exam. Third, the awarding procedure.

1. Graduates who meet the conditions for award shall go through the declaration formalities in April every year. Adult education graduates are required to report to their college (department) with 3 black and white 2-inch photos. Self-taught graduates must present their graduation certificate 1 copy, graduate registration form 1 copy and 3 black-and-white 2-inch photos to the study room of Adult Education College, and fill in the Registration Form for Granting Bachelor's Degree in Adult Higher Education of Zhengzhou University as required.

2, the relevant departments and self-taught office after accepting the application, to conduct a strict qualification examination and sign an opinion, in the year before May 20 to submit materials to the Adult Education College.

3. The Adult Education Institute will organize a foreign language interview after reviewing the application materials. The annual foreign language interview is arranged on the first weekend of June.

4. Adult Education College will report the list of graduates with qualified foreign language interview results and complete materials to the Academic Degrees Committee of Zhengzhou University for review.

5. After being examined and approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the school and reported to the Provincial Department of Education for examination and filing, the bachelor's degree certificate of adult higher education will be awarded. Those who fail will no longer be awarded a bachelor's degree. Four. supplementary terms

1. Applicants for bachelor's degree should take the unified final exam for the basic stage of college foreign languages within the years of study. The exam is generally registered in September every year, and the exam is held in 65438+February.

2. Applicants for bachelor's degree should pay certain examination and evaluation fees.

3, in the process of bachelor's degree application, evaluation and award, it is strictly prohibited to resort to deceit, favoritism.

4. These Provisions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

5. The Institute of Adult Education shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
