First, actively carry out publicity and training:

1. In order to ensure road traffic safety and improve the professional technical ability of personnel of motor vehicle inspection institutions, a training course for motor vehicle inspectors was held 10, and more than 500 people participated in the training10. After passing the ability assessment organized by the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, they obtained the post certificates of motor vehicle inspectors;

In order to better implement the laboratory qualification accreditation criteria and help the testing laboratory to establish and effectively operate the quality management system, three training courses for laboratory internal auditors were held, and nearly 400 people obtained the internal auditor certificate;

In order to promote enterprise metrology work and improve the professional and technical quality of enterprise metrology workers, the Training Textbook for Enterprise Metrology Technology and Metrology Managers in Anhui Province was compiled and published, and nearly 1,000 people received training through special lectures or training courses in various places; In order to implement the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Gas Station Metrology issued by AQSIQ No.35, improve the professional quality of gas station metrological personnel, and realize that gas station metrological personnel are certified to work, experts were organized to compile the Training Textbook for Gas Station Metrologists in Anhui Province, and training and assessment were organized for gas station metrological personnel in the whole province. Nearly 2000 people were evaluated.

4. In order to promote the effective operation of enterprise measurement management system and train the operation supervisor of enterprise measurement management system, two training courses for internal auditors of enterprise measurement management system were held at the request of enterprises, and more than 200 people passed the training and assessment.

5. Provide pre-test counseling for registered metrology engineers. This year, the registered metrology engineer started the examination for the first time in China. In order to help candidates in our province prepare for the exam, three tutorial classes have been held successively, and more than 300 people have participated in the tutorial training, which has played a positive role in achieving good results for candidates in our province.

6. To undertake the work of the office of the Provincial Metrological Examiners' Assessment Committee: set up an assessment expert group and on-site operation assessment test sites, establish information files of metrological examiners in the whole province, carry out continuing education and daily assessment of metrological examiners, and assess more than 500 items this year.

Second, actively carry out consulting services:

1. In order to cooperate with the relevant units to apply for laboratory qualification certification, we organize experts to guide enterprises in the construction, coal, electric power and other industries, and publicize laboratory qualification certification evaluation standards, measurement laws and regulations, error theory, statistical technology, etc. And help them establish a laboratory management system, so as to successfully pass the acceptance audit of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau and obtain the qualification of a third-party testing institution.

2. Help key energy-using enterprises to establish measurement management systems. This year, * * * helped more than ten enterprises, including Maanshan Datang Power Plant, Dangtu Power Supply Company and Chizhou Smelter, to publicize GB 17 167-2006 General Rules for Equipping and Managing Energy Measuring Instruments for Energy-using Units and GB/T 19022-2003 Measurement Management System.

Three, actively carry out enterprise measurement audit work:

This year * * * accepted the measurement management system certification applied by more than 30 enterprises for the first time; Nearly 40 enterprises in dangtu county's "Demonstration Zone of High-quality Shearing Machine Tools and Blade Moulds in Anhui Province" and Wuwei County's "Demonstration Zone of High-quality Wire and Cable Products in Anhui Province", as well as more than 200 large and medium-sized enterprises in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Anqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd., China Railway Fourth Engineering Group, Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. carry out supervision and audit of measurement management system every year, and arrange more than 0/000 expert days. Help these enterprises to find out the shortcomings in measurement technology and measurement management, and put forward thousands of improvement suggestions, which have played a positive role in consolidating the basic management level of enterprises and improving their competitiveness.
