Second, in terms of operation.

1, to ensure that the operating workpieces are firmly clamped, such as tools, cutters, fixtures and other workpieces;

2, all kinds of machine tools should be idling at low speed after starting, to ensure that there is no problem before operation;

3, it is forbidden to put other irrelevant things on the machine;

4, the operator can't remove excess iron filings by hand, should use special tools to clean up, and to stand in a safe position, to avoid iron filings splashing when the machine moves;

5. When the machine tool is running, the operator shall not adjust the transmission or change the operating stroke, touch the working face in processing with his hands, measure the size during operation, or transfer articles through the transmission part of the machine tool;

6, in the process of processing, must strictly abide by the operating rules, shall not leave work when the machine tool is running. When we leave, we must cut off the power supply and stop to adjust the speed, stroke and tools, not when the machine tool is running.

Third, after the operation

After the operation is completed, the power supply must be cut off, the cutter must be unloaded, the handles of all parts must be put back into neutral, and the switch box must be locked.
