The school self-management committee is presided over by the presidium, and consists of eleven departments, including office, propaganda department, network department, life department, work-study department, girls' department, study department, boarding department, campus order department, external liaison department and student development center, which are under the ministerial responsibility system.

1. Presidium: responsible for the overall work of the self-management committee.

2. Office: responsible for drafting work plan and summary, office supplies procurement management, meeting organization records, departmental attendance, material sorting and filing, and departmental service coordination.

3. Propaganda Department: responsible for the daily publicity work such as event publicity and mobilization, exhibition board production, news release, photo taking and banner production.

4. Network Department: responsible for the production and maintenance of the school's own website, multimedia training production, network platform operation and maintenance, network technology training, etc.

5. Life Department: responsible for canteen hygiene supervision, food price verification, bathroom hygiene inspection, life information feedback, and students' rights and interests maintenance.

6. Diligent support department: responsible for job introduction, family education operation management, economic poverty alleviation, inspirational gratitude education, etc.

7. Female student department: responsible for female students' mental health, aesthetic etiquette and emotional counseling, special activities for female students, and lectures on female special knowledge.

8. Learning Department: responsible for the construction of study style, release of learning information, attendance in class, exchange of postgraduate entrance examination experience, feedback of teaching opinions, morning and evening self-study supervision, and vocational skills training.

9. Accommodation Department: responsible for dormitory safety management, health inspection, cultural construction, dormitory evaluation, etc.

10. Campus Order Department: responsible for campus order maintenance, safety precautions, disaster prevention drills and security of major events.

12. Student Development Center: mainly responsible for students' ideological guidance and academic assistance. The main awards ceremony and special activities of the school include Runde lecture hall, professor appointment, academic lectures and so on.
