First, wage income. The salaries of civil servants are paid according to the unified national standards. Due to regional differences, wage standards are different. For example, the allowance for remote areas in Tibet is more than 4,000 per month, while that for Guizhou is only about 200, which is a big gap. Take the General Staff of Guizhou as an example. The monthly basic salary and allowance are around 6000 yuan. After deducting medical insurance, endowment insurance, housing provident fund and occupational annuity, the monthly salary is about 4500 yuan.
Second, bonus income. Civil servants who pass the year-end assessment will be paid 13 months bonus salary, and 13 months bonus salary will be paid according to the basic salary of the current year 12 months. As a general employee, the monthly basic salary is about 2800 yuan. Employees with outstanding annual assessment can also get the reward of 1500 yuan. However, employees with excellent annual assessment generally account for 15% of the registered personnel of the unit, and only a few people in each unit have excellent annual assessment. In some places, target assessment awards will be issued according to the financial situation of each place, and some counties and districts will issue 20,000 to 30,000 yuan each year. Due to lack of funds, most counties and districts did not issue year-end target assessment awards at all.
