Do I have to sign up for IELTS and TOEFL?

Is there a correct learning method? There is a saying that hard work does not necessarily succeed. In other words, it doesn't mean that we will get satisfactory results by spending time and energy preparing for IELTS. So why do some people teach themselves without any improvement? Yes, it is because of our learning methods. Facts have proved that it is useless to spend a lot of time and energy on an inefficient and wrong method and get an absolutely unsatisfactory test result. Even if your score is small, you have enough time to prepare for the exam.
Self-discipline and the ability to take risks: There is no doubt that self-study is a protracted war. Three days of fishing and two days of drying nets can't get good grades. Besides self-discipline, we should know that self-study is risky. If you spend a lot of time preparing for IELTS, the result is a blow to yourself. We should be able to take the risk. If it is serious, you may miss the opportunity to study abroad.
