(2) Technical personnel score: according to the distribution of technical personnel, extra points will be given, with a full score of 2 1.
(3) scoring of instruments and equipment: the soil and water conservation monitoring unit will score extra points according to the monitoring equipment of soil and water conservation, with a full score of 3 points.
(4) Performance score: According to the performance of the technical service unit in the past three years, the score of the water and soil conservation plan preparation unit is 28, and the score of the water and soil conservation monitoring unit is 25.
(5) Quality management score: according to the applicant's quality management system certification, extra points will be given, with a full score of 1.
(6) Credit score: According to the dishonesty of technical service units, the maximum score will be reduced by 50 points.
(7) Reward score: according to the reward obtained by the technical service unit, the maximum score is 5 points.
