The leaders and directors of the departments in charge of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance who participated in the investigation of high-skilled talents and the drafting of document 15 gave detailed lectures on the background significance, main contents, operation methods and work requirements of various policies, and shared their thoughts and experiences in the process of policy formulation and coordination. Everyone said that after returning to China, we must take the work of high-skilled talents as an important task to promote economic and social development in accordance with the requirements of document 15, and take effective measures to create a new situation in the work of high-skilled talents.

Comrades who participated in this training are all the personnel who directly formulate and implement policies for high-skilled talents in labor and social security departments at all levels, industrial enterprises and technical colleges.
