Secondary qualification standard:

(1) There shall be no less than 5 registered architects.

(2) The technical director has more than 8 years experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the senior title of engineering sequence or the qualification of first-class registered construction engineer; There shall be no less than 10 professionals in environmental protection, structure, machinery, ventilation, water supply and drainage (water treatment), electrical control, etc. with intermediate or above titles, and their specialties shall be complete.

In the past five years, he has undertaken two medium-sized or three small-sized environmental protection projects, and the quality of the projects is qualified.

Level 3 qualification standard:

1, enterprise assets

2. Key personnel of the enterprise

(1) There shall be no less than 2 registered architects.

(2) the technical director has more than 5 years of experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the title of intermediate or above in engineering sequence or the qualification of registered construction engineer; There shall be no less than 5 persons with intermediate or above titles in the engineering sequence.

(3) There shall be no less than 65,438+00 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the constructors, quality controllers, safety officers, material controllers, mechanical engineers, cost controllers and librarians shall be complete.

(4) There shall be no less than 10 technicians at or above the intermediate level, such as electricians, welders, bricklayers, carpenters, painters and dust collectors, who have passed the examination or training.

(5) Technical director (or registered construction engineer) presided over the completion of more than 2 projects in this category.

Scope of contracted works:

First-class enterprise: can undertake the construction of various environmental protection projects.

Secondary enterprise: it can undertake the construction of environmental protection projects such as pollution remediation projects and domestic garbage treatment and disposal projects below large and medium-sized scale.

Third-class enterprises: they can undertake the construction of small environmental protection projects such as pollution remediation projects and domestic waste treatment and disposal projects.
