In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of student union cadres, the school has trained student union cadres. Under the guidance and care of school training, I feel benefited a lot, and I deeply understand the responsibility as a student cadre. I hope I can become a qualified and responsible student cadre.

As a student cadre, serving students wholeheartedly is the principle we should follow, and we should have a strong sense of responsibility, organizational planning ability and communication ability. As a student cadre, we should have a sense of example, serve our classmates earnestly and take the lead by ourselves, so as to drive and influence our classmates. As a student leader, you should have your own ideas and opinions when planning and organizing activities, so as to lead students to work better. In student work, we should communicate with students reasonably, solve the difficulties of different students, and finish the work on time and in quantity.

As a student cadre, we should have a sense of the overall situation. The work of the student union is very complicated, and it often takes up one's spare time. In the face of collective interests, we need to use our spare time. When doing student work, we should arrange students reasonably, let them give full play to their greatest strengths as far as possible, let them twist into a rope, have team spirit and do everything well.

Through this training, I understand that student cadres should constantly feel and reflect. Accept students' opinions and suggestions with an open mind, change them if you have them, encourage them if you don't, and become a better student cadre.
