Shenzhen No.3 Vocational and Technical School is a public educational institution in Shenzhen and an educational institution directly under the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions. The school, formerly known as Shenzhen Staff School, was founded in 1979 and is the earliest public adult education institution in Shenzhen. 1987, with the approval of the provincial government, Shenzhen Trade Union Adult Secondary School (Trade Union Adult Secondary School) was established;
In 2003, the school was renamed as "Shenzhen Workers' Continuing Education College", which mainly carried out adult secondary education, workers' continuing education and skills training. In 2007, the brand of "Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions Migrant Workers School" was added.
