With the continuous development of enterprises, we must improve the professional skills of employees. Only in this way can we enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and gain greater development space. Based on this, this paper discusses how to strengthen the vocational skills training of enterprise employees with relevant experience. First of all, it expounds the importance of strengthening the vocational skills training of enterprise employees. Then, the problems existing in the current enterprise employee training are analyzed. Finally, the methods and measures to strengthen the vocational skills training of enterprise employees are put forward.
