In-service primary and secondary school teachers dancing with foreign teachers' dolls is against the regulations if they are paid.

According to Article 5 of "Regulations on Prohibiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers and In-service Primary and Secondary School Teachers from Making Up Lessons Paid" issued by the Ministry of Education on June 29th, 20th1May, it is strictly prohibited for in-service primary and secondary school teachers to participate in off-campus training institutions or other teachers, parents and parents' committees to make up lessons paid. For in-service primary and secondary school teachers who violate the above provisions, depending on the seriousness of the case, they shall be given criticism and education, admonishing conversation, ordered to check, informed criticism and even corresponding administrative sanctions.
