General situation of education development in the new district, teachers' professional ethics, routine work of education and teaching, routine work of class management, growth report of excellent teachers, how to write teaching and research papers, etc. At the end of the training, the leaders and teachers also awarded us a certificate of completion. Organized by the Education Bureau of the New District, the trained leaders and teachers have given us novices a great help, laid a good foundation before the teachers began to March, and let us clearly understand our responsibilities and the quality, mentality and basic premise that a qualified people's teacher should have.
During the training, several bureau leaders, backbone teachers and excellent teachers all talked about the great responsibility and special role of contemporary teachers. People use such words to describe teachers: "Teachers are the most sacred profession in the world", teachers are "people who preach, teach and dispel doubts" and "teachers should be the body of truth, goodness and beauty" ... It can be seen that the word "teacher" contains many noble and noble connotations. However, how many people know how much effort our teachers have made behind these auras. This training is to let us climb high and look far, realize our teacher journey, and then put it into action in practice. The strength of a teacher's personality is intangible and inestimable. To really be a guide for students, you need to learn a lot first. After all, we should be an excellent preacher and let students develop better under our education. What makes me feel a lot is the role of teachers as managers. We used to be students, and we used to move forward under the guidance of our teachers. Now the role change makes us novices realize the serious lack of experience and the weak adaptability of role change. Teachers should have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination ability, so as to make teaching more efficient and promote students' development. In addition, teachers should also play the role of parents. Our love for students should be selfless and equal. We should also be good at discovering students' bright spots and development needs, be their mentor and friend, and have a heart-to-heart relationship with them. First, enrich in training: as a recruit on the education front, many places can't find the direction and methods. The pre-service training of new teachers gives us a ray of sunshine. It not only enriches our theoretical knowledge of education, but also gives clear development goals and points out the road to growth for our daily education and teaching. Only if you have a bucket of water can you give the child a glass of water. I will try my best to improve myself and be a learning teacher.
Second, promotion in training: According to the characteristics of primary schools and the actual situation of teachers, combined with the current curriculum reform of basic education, education experts use their profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience to impart our experience, giving lectures like spring breeze and rain, and moistening things silently. Every time you listen to a lecture, it is a promotion, so that each of us can benefit a lot and know where we need to develop our strengths and avoid weaknesses.
Third, reflective training: What is the ideal education? What kind of education do children need? This is also a question I have been thinking about since I joined the teaching team. The teacher's wonderful cases and sharp analysis in the training often make me reflect on my education view and student view, and reflect on my education and teaching behavior during my internship. As Xiao Chuan said, "A teacher with a sense of professionalism and mission should be regarded as an educational explorer, and the way to explore is to start with self-reflection." Experience plus reflection equals growth. I think I will take self-reflection as a habit to promote my growth.
The night is getting quieter and quieter, and the sound of tapping the keyboard pulls my thoughts back. Looking at the graduation certificate of the training on the table, the red is brilliant, and my heart is filled with emotion. Generally speaking, the training makes me feel that I have climbed to a very high place, grasped my future career path from a macro perspective, clearly looked forward to my future education and teaching path, and understood what I need to enrich. I hope I can climb high and look far, then carve it carefully, break through the difficulties in education and teaching one by one, and truly apply what I have learned!
