Training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am facing. During the training, the backbone teachers who have been engaged in education for many years and have rich teaching experience introduced some points and methods to be good teachers according to their own practical experience, which left a deep impression on me. When it comes to the development of teachers, several teachers have emphasized the practice of adjusting and updating the knowledge structure in time and lifelong learning; When talking about how to overcome difficulties, teachers also put forward ways to strengthen unity and cooperation among teachers; In terms of teaching experience, through the guidance of "speaking, attending and evaluating classes", we can more clearly define the standard of a good professional course, improve teaching methods and strategies in time, look at teaching from an artistic perspective and strive for perfection.
Secondly, through training, I have further clarified what I have to do every day to be a good teacher.

A "good" classroom evaluation language can help teachers and students to complete the task of teaching and learning with peace of mind, make the communication between teachers and students smoother, let each other have more sparks of inspiration, and let their personalities be publicized. Giving comments after the students' answers can be said to be the teacher's feedback to the students and help them grow.
