# Experience # Introductory training is a process to teach new employees or existing employees the correct thinking cognition, basic knowledge and skills necessary to complete the work. According to the theory of cognitive psychology, the transmission effect of correct cognition in the workplace is the fundamental factor to determine the quality of training. I recommended five articles about employee training to you. I hope you can adopt them in time.

1. Company employee training experience

Through the training organized by the company, I have gained sufficient learning from the end of the training and feel that I have reached a higher level. Judging from all kinds of training, it is the training skills of sales staff. It reflects the improvement of our human quality. From the day of training, we must do a better job in sales, because we have received training. From the outward bound training, I realized that no matter what we do, we must do it well with hard work and earnest attitude. The most important thing is to rely on our efforts, our quality, skills and determination. Time is money and technology is rice bowl. Participating in the company's training has benefited a lot and my skills have been improved. I learned to be a salesman and so on. I must do everything with a serious and careful attitude, so doing this job well can not only exercise myself, but also hold an important position in the company. And now competition is paying more and more attention to innovation and improving competitiveness. It's time to show our training knowledge. So try to win the market.

The details and work skills mentioned by the training teacher helped me a lot, and they were also the key to the problem I didn't know how to do before, which benefited me a lot. So I ask myself to work unconsciously, study hard and grow up slowly in practice.

Through this training, I have a preliminary understanding of the company's environment, realized the company's emphasis on the induction training of new employees, felt the company's corporate culture, and looked forward to the future work. Through this study, I feel that the company is a company with advanced management concept, positive state and strong development potential. I am proud to be a member of the company. Through this study, I have gained a lot, and I believe it will be of great help to my future work and life. In the future work, I will try my best to give full play to my value, take my work seriously, improve my shortcomings and deficiencies, and grow and make progress together with the company.

The four-day training will soon end. I am grateful to the leaders of the company for giving me such a good opportunity to get face-to-face guidance from the leaders of shipowners and classification societies, and to understand the difficulties in the current shipping market, the relevant requirements of shipowners for crew, the relevant laws and conventions on low-sulfur oil, the common defects in PSC inspection and the main points of PSC inspection. In short, this training has benefited a lot. First of all, as a sailor, I deeply understand the desire of the leaders of the shipowner company for excellent crew members. What shipowners lack is not crew members, but excellent crew members with high quality, strong professional ability, sense of responsibility, responsibility and courage, especially for the management personnel on board.

Both the company and the crew are most afraid of finding defects in PSC inspection. Once major defects are found, it will directly affect a series of problems such as ship operation and leasing, and cause unpredictable economic losses to shipowners. Especially in the context of the current downturn in the shipping industry, saving money and creating profits is the demand of shipowners.

The smooth operation of the ship is inseparable from the joint efforts of the people on board. How can we better ensure the smooth operation of ships and reduce accidents?

As a Bassoon, I would like to talk about my personal thoughts on handling PSC inspection: First of all, I must have a good attitude towards PSC inspectors, which is beyond doubt. I have already talked about it during the training, so I won't repeat it here. Zero defect passing PSC inspection is the result we most want to see, but zero defect can not be separated from our usual efforts, as the saying goes, it takes a thousand days to build an army; Engine room fire fighting, pollution prevention, emergency and other equipment are necessary items for PSC inspection, and relevant personnel should be able to master and operate these equipment skillfully, not just the competent engineer. Usually, with less workload and more time, we can spare half a day or a day to focus on the relevant training for cabin personnel, and the competent engineer will explain and demonstrate on the spot, and then correct or discuss any improper places. If conditions permit, everyone will actually operate, which will be more impressive. Repeat the above process every month or for a period of time, so stick to it and let the relevant personnel master it skillfully.

There is a self-inspection form for PSC inspection before arriving in Hong Kong. As a steamboat, it is necessary to organize all engineers and electricians to check the items listed on the form irregularly, not only before arriving in Hong Kong, but also for ships that often run long routes. Problems found should be handled or reported in time, but not limited to the items on the form, which can be supplemented according to the actual situation.

Before arriving in Hong Kong, urge everyone to carefully check their emergency, fire fighting, pollution prevention and other equipment to ensure normal operation. Coupled with paying more attention to details and not letting go of any minor problems, I think as long as these work are done well, the probability of being disqualified or even detained by PSC will definitely be greatly reduced.

In short, I feel that as long as people are careful, diligent and practical on board, all work will be carried out in accordance with relevant procedures, and there will be no bad work.

Through training, I realized that customer satisfaction is a relative concept, and it is the matching degree between customer expectation and final value. If we want to exceed the customer's needs, we must carefully analyze the customer's expectations, because the customer's final satisfaction only needs to be slightly higher than the expectations, and the customer's satisfaction can be obtained. Customers' expectations are related to the fees they pay. The higher the cost, the higher the expectation. In the process of improving customer satisfaction, try to avoid asking customers to pay extra costs, otherwise customer expectations will rise and it will be more difficult to achieve customer satisfaction. This process should be realized by fully considering the cost input and exploring the added value of our technology and services as much as possible. The higher the degree of customer participation, the more efforts and the higher the customer satisfaction. The harder it is to get, the more it will be cherished. Therefore, if we can win customers' participation in the process of business promotion, on the one hand, we can grasp customers' needs more clearly, on the other hand, customers will be more satisfied because of their own efforts. This training and study has given me far more than that. There is a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down. Although the training and study work is over, I have not stopped studying and improved my quality. I will, as always, work hard and strive for the development of our diversified company.

Finally, I sincerely wish the company's various undertakings to develop better and better, and hope that in the future, I can play my role and better serve the scientific development of the company's various undertakings.

This time, the company organized a ten-day training for new employees. In these ten days, I not only learned a lot of knowledge, but also met many friends. During the ten-day training, I improved my self-confidence through the work experience taught by the leaders and some ways to work better and faster. In the past few days' work, I gradually lost my confidence because I often made mistakes. But through training, I regain my confidence and believe that I can do this job well. If I don't believe in myself, I can't do this job well. In this training, I have made many friends who are newcomers to the company like me, and we have established a profound friendship. When I first came to the company, everyone was a stranger and I didn't know anyone, so I felt very lonely. But through this training, I met many people and helped me to integrate into the big family of the company more quickly. The company took the time and energy to organize our new employees for training, definitely hoping that we could master the work content faster and better and finish the work more efficiently. After this training, I will work harder, learn new knowledge more diligently, do my job well, learn all the skills as soon as possible, and finish my work independently as soon as possible. Thanks to the training organized by the company, it gave me an opportunity to study hard and laid the foundation for better study.
