Who you are with determines your future. If we can be with excellent leaders and listen to their teachings to young people, maybe the future of young people will be different. On September 15, on a sunny morning, the young members of the Global Youth Leadership Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "Global Youth Leadership Alliance") got together, because the first course of "Mentoring" was opened today, and they got the opportunity to communicate with "Big Coffee" at close range, welcoming the speaker Chang and the chairman Gao of the industrial company. Chairman Gao will start from the origin of "limited liability company" and give a vivid lecture on "basic knowledge" for members. Dr Alina Zhang, the founder of GYL, presided over this course.

In class, Chairman Gao explained the principles of organizational management to the students in two parts: "Principal-agent relationship" and "Being a good clerk", and explained the key words such as "limited liability company", "Principal-agent relationship" and "authorization" with vivid examples to provide guidance for employees on how to do a good job in self-management and competence within the organization. Chairman Gao's humorous language aroused the laughter and applause of the young people present, and at the same time put forward two standards of "listening, speaking, reading and writing" and "management function", which deeply inspired the young people present. In the second part of the course, the young people who participated in the course raised questions about the difficult problems in the course and the work puzzles they encountered, and Chairman Gao answered them one by one. After the course, the young people said that Chairman Gao's lecture made everyone gain a lot, especially subverting the previous view of "clerks". After that, everyone felt that the work of clerks should not be underestimated. In the future, no matter what job you are engaged in, you need to work hard, and you need to be down-to-earth and do it wholeheartedly.

"Mentoring" is a new course brand founded by GYL. Today, the first dish is a closed-door meeting of GYL, which is only open to GYL's "own people".
