Summary of Practice of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank
Summary of the internship of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank-My internship at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank can be roughly divided into two stages: part-time internship in the next semester of my sophomore year and full-time internship at the end of the summer vacation.

The internship in the previous stage was mainly based on outdoor publicity activities, during which several related business trainings were conducted. It is these trainings that let me gradually understand finance, banking and Pudong Development. Through studying Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, I have become more and more deeply aware of the differences between Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and other banks, as well as the various businesses that Shanghai Pudong Development Bank considers for its customers. I think this is the key to the development of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in the banking industry. The exquisite, thoughtful and unique business of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank not only makes our customers choose Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, but also makes us very proud to be an intern in such a vibrant and energetic bank.

With this knowledge, we can do propaganda work on behalf of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. We introduce Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to everyone, so that as many people as possible can enjoy the quality service of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and at the same time expand the customer base and generate income for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Our first job was to go to quancheng square to participate in the publicity activities on bank cards organized by UnionPay. We followed the front desk staff of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to publicize and issue cards on the spot. We were divided into two groups. All groups are actively promoting it. After the event, our group's publicity work and card issuance were significantly higher than those of the other group. With our enthusiasm, eloquence and unafraid attitude, and with the charm of our Oriental Card, we won the "war" of bank cards between banks.

I remember a few things clearly: a female reporter came to me for consultation with a printed form. The vertical column of the form lists the card type of each bank, and the horizontal column is the name of each business of the bank card. The blank form in the middle fills in whether the service has been opened and the charging standard. When the female reporter came to me, she had already filled in some bank card information of other banks. I saw different charging items on it. When a female reporter asked me, every time I looked at an item, my answer was "no charge". I looked at her with surprise and happiness. I felt happy because I could clearly explain the various functions of the Oriental Card to her, which increased the charm of our Oriental Card. When the female reporter left, she said happily, "My colleagues and I also have this kind of card. I always knew it was a very economical and thoughtful card, but I didn't expect it to have such a preferential standard! Oriental card is really a good card! "

The other is that I explain to a foreigner. My spoken English can't clearly express all kinds of financial technical terms, but I still try my best to introduce the Oriental Card business, because I really want everyone to know about our bank and our Oriental Card. The foreigner smiled while listening to my strange expression. I know my expression is rather crude, but I also know that he must be interested in our card. After communication, "foreigner"

The next work activities are similar to this. Although the temperature is high in summer, our enthusiasm is also high.

In the whole work process, as the leader of a group, I am also responsible for contacting the members of the group and getting the study materials or certificates.

After the school holiday, I started the second stage of work, that is, following the class. My work place is Shanda Road Sub-branch.

Originally, my main job was to promote personal funds and install online banking, but I didn't have a holiday until the end of July, much later than other interns, and I couldn't catch up with the start of online banking installation study and the collective opening of authority, so I couldn't carry out related work. So the summer vacation is mainly responsible for publicity and helping you do some odd jobs.

There are two kinds of publicity work, one is to explain and assist customers in handling business in the bank lobby, and the other is outdoor roadshow publicity. I have some suggestions in this regard:

First of all, the lobby work, in fact, I think this work is unnecessary, because ordinary customers can handle business independently; Even if there are occasional questions, it is a small or simple consultation. These questions can often be easily explained by tellers without spending too much or being cumbersome. So I don't think it's necessary to waste manpower in this respect. My feeling in Shanda Road Sub-branch is that if you ask customers if they need help, sometimes they will be scared, and sometimes all you get is a smile of shaking your head. And silently waiting for other people's advice, but there is hardly any. So I think the post is of little value.

Then there is the outdoor roadshow. We choose to work overtime on weekends to go out for publicity. The planned locations are three locations of the refinery, and the planned dates are 13 and 14. But in the end, we only conducted a publicity campaign on 13, and the number of cards issued was very small. I don't think outdoor publicity can be done everywhere, but first of all, we must find out what geographical environment and human environment you want to promote. Even the weather conditions. 13 On that day, the scorching sun and high air humidity made the whole atmosphere unbearable. However, as planned, we moved desks, chairs, publicity racks and other publicity materials and went to the Eastern Suburb Refinery. However, the human and material resources we sacrificed at the high temperature did not get the due return.

I think there are at least two crucial reasons: First, the temperature is too high and the environment is extremely bad. Even if we can resist going outdoors for work, there is no reason for customers to come out and accept your publicity on a hot day. On a hot weekend morning, almost everyone chooses to sleep in an air-conditioned home or watch TV to do housework. Who will be free to go out? On the other hand, those people who came out were indeed forced to come out because of something. Secondly, we only saw the huge individual customer base of the refinery, and did not consider the characteristics of the specific customer base. The refinery is located in the eastern suburb of Jinan, with a certain distance from the city center. Our bank has no business outlets near the refinery, even if there is no ATM. Although I tried my best to explain to you that we can use any ATM, it is inconvenient to deposit money. We still can't get another refinery resident to accept our card. They said, "The bank has read a lot, but it is useless." Indeed, from our bank's point of view, we don't want to see the card if it is not used. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a place where the business outlets are convenient to reach.

In the work of Shanda Road Sub-branch, there are many logistics-related jobs, such as file sorting statistics, corporate debt statistics, warehouse sorting, daily lunch statistics, financial assistance management and so on. I also helped the manager enter some information and so on. Although I have written thanks and suggestions in these jobs, they have little to do with personal work, so I won't explain them in detail.

The above is my internship report and a superficial work suggestion in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank since May 28th.

I hope to continue to renew my contract with Pufa.

Summary of internship of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank II. The two-month graduation internship made me feel very enriched, which not only gave me a detailed and profound understanding of banking business, consolidated and applied the professional knowledge I learned in college, but also accumulated a lot of experience that I couldn't learn in school, and really realized that books were rarely used when needed. But as the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and some basic objects and skills are incomprehensible in books. What is needed is more practical and practical training and operation. In addition, another experience of internship is that at work, we all have a strong sense of responsibility, not only for our own posts, but also for our own business. Handle business carefully and comprehensively, and don't forget things carelessly. Make yourself fully understand the relationship between theory and practice. During this time, I treated my work like a real employee, and I felt that I was no longer a student. I get up at 7: 30 every morning and go to work like an office worker. Abide by the rules of the bank during the internship and learn from experienced colleagues with an open mind. More than a month's internship has taught me a lot of things I didn't know before, and I have a deeper understanding of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Xiamen Branch. Generally speaking, the internship gains during this period can be summarized as the following three aspects:

(1) Through participating in the operation process of banking business, I learned practical knowledge, and further deepened my understanding of theoretical knowledge, so that both theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge were improved.

(2) I have improved my practical working ability and accumulated some valuable practical experience for employment and future work.

(3) The teachings of my predecessors have added a fortune to my life.

At the same time, during this period of spare time, I found that there are many magazines, periodicals and newspapers about finance and securities in the bank, so I took advantage of this opportunity to read these materials whenever I have time, and also learned a lot about the current financial situation and various useful knowledge in the actual work of the bank, including 5 internship reports of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and 5 internship reports of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

Through this internship, I also realized some advantages and disadvantages of myself: the advantage is that (1) I found myself with good communication and social skills; (2) I think I am a hard worker and can find pleasure in a hard day's work. (3) I feel that I am serious and responsible and have strong execution. The shortcomings are: (1) less contact with families in real society and lack of sufficient social practice experience; (2) Self-confidence is not sufficient, and sometimes there will be the idea of backing out.

Internship is a necessary experience for every college student. This internship has given me a more detailed and profound understanding of my major, and it is also the consolidation and application of the knowledge I have learned in the university in recent years. From this internship, I realized that there is a certain distance between the actual work and the knowledge in books. We have known the society in practice, learned a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class, broadened our horizons, broadened our knowledge, and laid a solid foundation for us to further move towards society in the future. Practice is an attempt to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned to practice.

A lot of work makes perfect. Only on the basis of knowledge, down-to-earth, step by step, learning with an open mind, discovering one's potential and improving one's ability through continuous exploration and exercise, can we achieve good results.

Team spirit is the most important in any work! Although we do our own work every day, we also learn from each other, discuss and ask questions when we meet any problems, and solve them together. Moreover, after completing their own tasks, everyone will consciously help colleagues to complete other people's work, creating a good environment, and also let me learn how to communicate with you and understand some details that should be paid attention to when communicating with colleagues. And in the process of analysis, I gradually understand that different customers need to be treated in different ways, and we should have confidence in the investigation to increase customers' trust in us.

Honesty is a lifetime treasure. I have come into contact with a lot of personal credit information at work, so I gradually understand how much wealth a person has with good credit. With the continuous improvement of the national personal credit information system, banks can find a person's credit record with a click. Once the customer is blacklisted, such as credit card cashing, overdue repayment and other violations, all business will be blocked, and we must be honest in all aspects, not only in the bank's business, but also in life.

This valuable internship experience has played a bridge role for me to step into the society and go to work soon. Transitional role is an important experience and step in life, which allows us to get in touch with society earlier, integrate into society, learn to communicate with people and know how to solve problems. Moreover, through this graduation internship, I realized that we should combine what we have learned with more practice, so as to have strong ability to handle basic business and systematic professional knowledge.

I sincerely thank Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Xiamen Branch for providing me with this internship opportunity, so that I can grow and exercise in practice. I believe this internship will be an accumulation of my life. I will bring my professional quality developed in Xiamen Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to my future work and study, and be practical, earnest and enterprising.

Summary of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Internship III (1) Read and study the Customer Manager Job Manual.

In order to get familiar with the company's business types as soon as possible and form a concept. When I first came to the branch, I learned the book "Customer Manager Job Manual". Through reading this book, I realize that the account manager is a business card for banks to serve the public and a hub for customers to contact banks. The communication style and behavior shown in the interaction with customers will represent the image of the bank. At the same time, I also understand that every word and deed of the account manager will be paid attention to by customers at the first time, so it is required that their comprehensive quality must be quite high. In addition, this book also introduces the types of bank-to-business business in detail, which gives me an understanding of these unfamiliar banking businesses.

(2) Familiar with the bank risk management system.

After coming to Pudong, I learned that all businesses in Pudong are composed of online and offline processes. The online process runs on the platform of risk management system. Therefore, being familiar with the risk management system has become one of my necessary lessons.

Through the risk management system, I have mastered the whole process of the company's basic business, such as letter of guarantee, invoicing, acceptance, current loan, agency payment, comprehensive credit granting, etc. , from initiation to completion. At the same time, when doing post-loan audit, I also learned to enter the company's recent financial statements into the risk management system. By analyzing the financial statements of an enterprise through the risk management system, we can see the operating conditions of an enterprise.

(3) Learn to write a credit business investigation report.

The investigation report of enterprise credit business is generally written by the account manager. They are in direct contact with the enterprise, understand the operation of the enterprise, confirm whether the enterprise has the repayment ability and evaluate its risks. Therefore, the credit investigation report is a very important document. After learning a few examples, I realized:

1. Since the investigation report will serve as an important basis for the risk rating of the credit object, it must be fair and objective when it is written.

The data must be true and accurate.

2. The investigation report has strict format requirements and must be written in accordance with the format.

(four) familiar with the various processes of enterprise business.

The risk management system I just talked about is an online process. Let's talk about the specific offline process. In the offline process, I mainly learned the steps from preparing materials to specific operations of branches, such as letter of guarantee, invoicing, acceptance, cash loan, payment on behalf of others, and comprehensive credit extension. Two of them were letters of guarantee issued by me independently at branches, so I have a particularly deep memory of letters of guarantee. On the whole, there are * * * similarities in various business processes, which are mainly summarized as follows:

1. Get relevant information about the business to be handled from the customer.

2. Prepare relevant contracts for business, etc.

3. Contact the customer to handle the necessary formalities such as signature and seal.

4. The examination and approval shall be conducted by leaders at all levels of the Branch.

5. Report to the branch for business review.

(five) to participate in the study and training of branches.

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank attaches great importance to the study and training of employees. The Head Office not only arranges remote video training seminars, but also requires branches to take time out to arrange experienced personnel to train the account managers of each branch. During these months of internship, I was honored to attend three trainings. The contents are as follows: 1. Introduce new products of factoring and accounts receivable financing; 2. Foreign exchange is only training; 3. SME credit line management. Among them, in the training of credit line management, I listened to two account managers of other branches telling the case of improving the credit rating of SMEs. I also recorded relevant information during the training for future reference.

Of course, I have never personally participated in specific bank credit work. Due to the lack of perceptual knowledge, I have a little knowledge of some of the contents of the lecture, and the specific details can only be known through inquiries and exchanges with experienced professionals. Anyway, after these three trainings, I also got a preliminary understanding of some basic concepts and processes of credit granting.

(6) Learning post-loan review.

Because of the long internship, I was honored to catch up with the post-loan review of the branch in the third quarter. Through this post-loan review, I learned that the risk rating of the credit object is mainly based on the financial statements of the enterprise, the industry status of the enterprise and the status of the whole industry to evaluate the credit status of the borrower. Pufa also launched the latest credit rating software. As long as the basic information of the enterprise is input into the computer, the rating suggestions given by the rating software can be obtained.

(seven) other work of the branch.

In addition to my internship in the finance department, I also help other departments of the sub-branch to do what I can in my spare time, so as to better understand the overall operation of the sub-branch. For example, after helping a colleague in the finance department sort out the scanned data, I compared the similarities and differences between the information needed for personal loans and corporate loans. And help my colleagues in the sales department inform customers to cancel their accounts, so that I have a certain understanding of the company's accounts, especially the materials that need to be prepared for long-term suspension and cancellation.

Through this internship, I not only have a more detailed and profound understanding of the banking industry, but also exercise my various abilities. At the same time, in this internship, I realized that there is a certain distance between the actual work and the knowledge in books, which needs further study. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and these basic businesses are often not fully understood in books, so basic exercises are particularly important. Only in this way can I adapt to the work faster and better after I really join the job.
