3. Party A shall designate a special person to be responsible for contacting, inspecting and coordinating Party B to implement relevant safety regulations.
4. Party A has the right to stop and correct the problems existing in Party B's safe and civilized construction, and issue a safety rectification notice.
5. Party A has the right to spot-check the safety technical knowledge and safety working procedures of the personnel involved in the construction by Party B. ..
6. Party A is responsible for investigating and reporting Party A's accidents during construction.
Article 4 Party B's Safety Responsibility
As the contractor of this project, Party B shall take full responsibility for personal injury, equipment and engineering quality accidents, site fires and all man-made accidents caused by its own mismanagement or negligence of Party B's construction personnel, and shall not increase Party A's expenses or delay the construction progress. Party B shall earnestly perform the following safety responsibilities:

4. During the construction period, Party B shall set up a full-time safety management organization with full-time safety supervisors (those with less than 30 employees shall work part-time). 5. Before the project starts, Party B shall organize all construction personnel to carry out safety education and safety inspection by departments, and report the list of qualified personnel (including temporary supplement or replacement) and inspection results to Party A for the record. 9. Before starting work, Party B shall organize personnel to inspect the construction area, working environment and the use of facilities, equipment and tools provided by Party A to confirm that they meet the safety requirements. Once the construction is started, it means that Party B confirms that the construction site, working environment, facilities, equipment and tools meet the safety requirements and are in a safe state.
10. Party B shall not carry out construction beyond the designated construction scope, and set up temporary fences or warning signs within the construction scope to prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the construction site. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not use Party A's facilities and equipment unrelated to construction without authorization; Party A's protective facilities and signs shall not be removed or changed without authorization.

12. Party B shall immediately report to Party A the accidents or unsafe conditions that endanger the production and operation during the construction, and actively cooperate with the investigation. 13. In case of personal injury, equipment damage, fire and other accidents caused by Party B during the construction process, Party B shall bear all responsibilities and compensate all economic losses of Party A..
Article 5 Liability accidents related to this project caused by a third party shall be solved by the parties themselves.
Safety accidents caused by force majeure natural disasters shall be settled by both parties through consultation; Party B should have foreseen, or had foreseen, the safety accidents without taking preventive measures, and Party B shall bear all the responsibilities.
Article 6 Contact information and reply time of Party A and Party B: Party A and Party B shall communicate with each other in the form of work contact sheet, fax, telex and other written forms. After receiving the written contact from the other party, both parties shall respond within 8 hours.
Article 7 Construction security deposit
After the project contract is signed, Party B shall pay a deposit of 5,000 yuan to Party A before the project starts. During the construction, Party B did not violate the safety management regulations, and no personal injury, equipment and above accidents occurred. After the project is completed and accepted, Party B will refund the deposit in full (excluding interest); In case of any of the following circumstances during construction, the corresponding deposit shall be deducted:
(1) In case of serious injury or above, personal accident, fire, collapse, hoisting and major equipment accident, all safety deposit shall be deducted;
(2) Personal injury accident, fire, collapse, hoisting and equipment accident, 50% safety deposit shall be deducted;

Article 8 Liability for breach of contract
1. The qualification certificate provided by Party B is invalid, and Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and all losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B..

4. If Party B's personnel fail to pass the sampling test specified in safety work or special personnel take up their posts without a license, Party B shall bear the liability for breach of contract of 100 yuan/person.
5. If Party B uses the facilities, equipment and tools provided by Party A to cause damage, it shall pay compensation according to the price.
