In preparing lessons, I unreservedly put forward my own views and opinions for peer reference, and at the same time listen to my colleagues' opinions with an open mind and write lesson plans or counseling plans. Before teaching an open class, I carefully prepared and tried the application of tutorials and courseware in unit teaching. Reflect in time after class, listen carefully to the opinions of peers when evaluating classes, and make yourself by going up one flight of stairs.
Third, actively participate in lectures. In addition to the open classes in our group, we also listened carefully to the open classes and regular classes in other disciplines. We have had 24 classes this semester, and we found many bright spots in our teachers. We also summed up and learned a lot from it and felt that we benefited a lot.
Fourth, seriously reflect on your usual teaching behavior, including the handling of emergencies in the regular classroom, the teaching strategies of each module in Chinese teaching, and how to do a good job in students' ideological work. And written into written materials, because of frequent reflection, I have a deeper understanding of my own teaching, and I can constantly correct my mistakes, make up for the shortcomings, and make teaching more systematic and efficient.
Five, combined with their own teaching experience, carefully wrote a paper. Although there are still many shortcomings in theory and literary talent, I have realized the importance of theory through such an attempt. In the future, I will pay more attention to theoretical study and guide teaching practice with theory.
