First, the training examination object

Journalists who are engaged in news gathering and editing in news gathering and editing units with news gathering and editing qualifications (including the reporter station of the Central Newspaper in Jiangxi) and have not yet obtained the qualification training certificate for news gathering and editing personnel can sign up for the exam.

Second, the training examination content

1. All units organize news editors who need to take the training exam to conduct centralized training. All units should attach great importance to it, carefully organize and scientifically arrange training time and training methods to ensure that all qualified news editors participate in centralized training and examinations in time. The centralized training time of each unit shall not be less than the prescribed 49 hours. The provincial press, publication, radio, film and television bureau no longer organizes centralized training.

2. The content of the training examination is mainly the Journalist Training Textbook 20 13 compiled by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (Volume I and Volume II, published by People's Publishing House), including Socialism with Chinese characteristics, Marxist journalistic outlook, journalistic professional ethics, journalistic regulations, journalistic editing norms and the prevention of false news in China.

Iii. Training and examination arrangements

(1) Registration for Training Examination

1. Registration time and place

The unified registration time for the examination is from August/KLOC-0 to August 8/20 1 4. 2. Time for making and distributing tickets

The admission ticket is produced and distributed by the Training Center of Jiangxi Press, Publication, Radio and Television Bureau. The time to collect the admission ticket is: 2065438+August 25th-September 5th, 2004. Please send someone to the training center of Jiangxi Press, Publication, Radio and Television Bureau with a letter of introduction (please provide a written power of attorney if necessary).

3. Materials to be submitted for registration

(1) Eligible newspaper editors fill in the Registration Form for Qualification Training Examination of Newspaper Editors on 20 14 (attachment 1) truthfully, and affix the official seal in the column of "Opinions of the Company" after being audited by the company, otherwise it will not be accepted.

(2) Newspaper news editors who take the qualification examination are required to submit three 2-inch color photos (1 posted on the registration form of the qualification training examination for newspaper news editors in 20 14, and the other two photos are marked with their names and units on the back for making the admission ticket and qualification training certificate for news editors).

(3) The Registration Form for the Qualification Training Examination of Newspaper News Editors in 20 14 (attachment 1) and the Summary Form for the Qualification Training Examination of Newspaper News Editors in 20 14 (attachment 2) shall be collected by all units and submitted to the Training Center of Jiangxi Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Bureau at the time of registration.

Special reminder: The "work unit" in the 20 14 newspaper editor qualification training examination registration form (attachment 1) must fill in the name of the newspaper unit, such as "xxxx newspaper", "xxxx magazine" and "xxxx reporter station in Jiangxi".

4. Examination fee

(2) Examination arrangement

2. Examination form

The exam is a unified closed-book exam, and the exam questions are multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, judgment questions and essay questions.

The examination content is divided into two parts. The first part is multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and true-false questions. * * * 60 questions, accounting for 60 points, all from 600 exercises in the journalist training textbook 20 13. News editors who have not obtained the qualification training certificate for news editing posts in newspapers and news organizations must, in principle, take the qualification training examination for news editors and obtain the training certificate and press card after passing the training examination before they can engage in news editing, otherwise they may not engage in news editing.

All news organizations should attach great importance to the qualification training examination, carefully organize the centralized training for those who do not hold the training certificate, and carefully organize qualified on-the-job news editors to participate in the training examination. It is necessary to arrange work reasonably and ensure that editors attend training and examinations on time.

3. All news organizations must, in strict accordance with the relevant requirements, do a good job in examination registration and receiving admission tickets on time. No application materials will be accepted after the deadline. Those who sign up for the exam shall not change or add at will after being approved by the unit and stamped with the official seal.
