It is understood that poor workers participate in employment skills training (including rural practical technical training) and entrepreneurship training organized by their regions free of charge, and are given accommodation and transportation subsidies. Food allowance standard is 30 yuan/person/day, accommodation allowance standard is 50 yuan/person/day, and transportation allowance standard is 20 yuan/person/day. Food subsidies take the form of direct subsidies from supply training institutions to individuals, accommodation subsidies from supply training institutions and transportation subsidies to individuals.
In addition, if the local human resources and social security department arranges poor workers to go out (outside the township where they are located) to participate in the training, the training institution will arrange the accommodation and food for them free of charge during the training period, and make up the accommodation and food subsidy to the training institution according to the actual training days, and give the trainees a round-trip transportation subsidy; Participate in the training within the township, and directly supplement the food and transportation subsidies to the students according to the actual training days.
