Technicians have worked in the production line for a long time and have rich practical experience and skilled operation skills. They should also be able to impart certain theoretical knowledge and necessary basic knowledge to workers at all levels. Lectures should be clear, focused and vivid. If possible, try to use illustrated multimedia equipment to enhance the training effect. After the lecture, it is necessary to know the students' mastery of the lecture content by asking and answering questions, and reserve appropriate classroom time for students to ask and answer questions. Therefore, technicians should prepare training plans, select training contents, design training processes, draw up teaching plans and write training handouts before giving lectures.

1. Training contents for junior workers

It mainly includes: general geological knowledge, reading common plane and solid geometric figures and simple construction machinery parts drawings, construction site leveling, drilling auxiliary equipment installation, mud preparation, drilling report recording, equipment and drilling tool maintenance, drilling safety operation procedures, etc.

2. Training content of intermediate workers

It mainly includes: classification of physical and mechanical properties of geological structure and rock stratum and rock drillability, projection regulation of construction machinery parts drawing and its reading, classification and application of drilling, coring, flushing and wall protection methods, drilling equipment, anchorage, fixture, tensioned prestressed anchor cable and its installation, mud performance measurement and adjustment, drilling quality inspection, etc.

3. Training content of senior workers

It mainly includes: classification of geological structure and geotechnical layer and simple hydrogeological knowledge, reading and drawing of construction machinery parts drawings, installation of drilling equipment, drilling methods such as impact, rotation, positive and negative circulation and their adjustment parameters, analysis and judgment of water inrush, water leakage and abnormal conditions in holes, standard penetration test, directional drilling construction and pretreatment of common drilling quality problems, and team management knowledge.

4. Technical personnel training content

It mainly includes: reading and drawing parts drawings, assembly drawings and construction layout drawings of construction machinery, judging and dividing the characteristics of different strata and unstable strata, drilling quality assurance measures, drilling construction and deep hole operation under complex stratum conditions, compilation method of drilling technology design scheme, new drilling technology and technology, machinery construction management and engineering project management, and vocational skills training and teaching methods.
